  545 ordered online for 645 pickup. Got there at 650 and was told they hadn't even started making the pizza yet. No apologies just told hadn't started it and would be about another 10 minutes as they had to bump the dine in orders ahead of me. Ordered an hour ago but okay, that's fine. They were slammed and could tell they were overwhelmed so I went to Harris Teeter and grabbed a few things. Came back. Still not done. 25 minute's after pick up time, pizza was done, was called, handed me the pizza and that was it. No apologies whatsoever. No sorry for the wait, no hey let us get you something for the delay, % off the order, not even have a nice weekend, nothing. Frustrating to say the least but the kicker was the pizza was not even good. Not being mean, it reminded me of a Tony's frozen pizza. Really poor customer service but was excited to at least have the pizza and that wasn't good either. I completely agree customers dining in should be top priority but don't allow orders to keep coming through that you can't keep up with. Not fair to those customers either. Won't be back.

  BEST pizza we have had in NC. I gave the 5 stars for everything, hospitable, great service and delicious pizza.

  The food was wonderful and Stephanie was so amazing!!! She was so caring, and I forgot my phone she came running out to let me know! Definitely some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while!!!

  Just had an amazing dinner here tonight and I will definitely be back!! I had chicken parm and my wife had the Alfredo and I must say that Alfredo was the best i have had! My chicken was great also but definitely getting the Alfredo next trip!
