For quite awhile now if you go here after 12 there’s a 9/10 chance they are out of chocolate iced and chocolate sprinkled doughnuts and they WILL NOT make more the rest of the day. I’ve gotten use to this and as frustrating as it is I have never said anything. Well yesterday at the drive thru , I ordered a dozen chocolate sprinkled doughnuts. The man told me they did not have a dozen of either chocolate iced doughnuts and when I asked “I know you don’t have enough for a dozen but do you any chocolate iced?” His reply was NOPEEEEE. In such a rude manner. I have also gotten used to the eye rolls and NEVER saying thank you for a $5 tip. Y’all need to get it together with inventory and attitudes!

I ordered a Vanilla Bean Coolatta made with oat milk, no liquid sugar syrup, with caramel drizzle and whipped cream. The first time my order was made incorrectly, so I asked for it to be corrected. Unfortunately, the second drink was still not right. Despite requesting no liquid sugar syrup (again), the drink was still extremely sweet—so sweet that it was uncomfortable to drink, and I ended up throwing it away. I do want to acknowledge that my sandwich was made correctly this time and came out hot after requesting extra cook time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the drink was not made to my specifications and was not enjoyable. This location has been very inconsistent with quality, and I hope more attention is given to custom drink orders.
