- AIA IJun 21, 20262.0This was by far one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had. The entire store was dirty. The tables were covered in crumbs and spills, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the restroom was absolutely disgusting. The floor in the bathroom was so sticky that my shoes were literally sticking to it. The employees were loudly yelling across the store, creating a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. The coffee was disappointing, and when I asked for an espresso shot, I was told the machine was broken. To make matters worse, I ordered an avocado toast, and the outside of the container was covered in avocado. If the packaging is that messy, it really makes you question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. Very disappointing experience. This location seriously needs better management, cleaning standards, and customer service.

But for about the last year or a bit longer it's gon down hill, the inconsistencies are unbelievable. Its very rare that my order is correct and I can't go back because Im at work by the time I notice. Its like they aren't even trying, this morning my wife brought me my coffee and breakfast from there and everything was wrong it was right on the recipt, I couldn't even drink the coffee it was so nasty. I order the same thing every time I go there all im saying is some consistency would be nice.
