- MDMichael DerrJul 18, 20262.0Ordered 2 pizzas for pick, my daughter picked them up on the way home from work we live about 25 minutes away, when she gets to the house we look at the pizza and it has bare spots that are literally just baked bread, I mean there was one slice that was 90% just bread. So when we called whome ever answered the phone was kinda rude their solution was for us to bring it back up there and they would remake it thats cool however you hung up on us didn't even ask what kind of pizza it was, so you want me to drive another 25 minutes there, wait what another 15-25 minutes for it to be remade and drive another 25 minutes home? Now I've lost over an hour of my night because the employees putting the pizza in the oven dont care enough to make sure its done correctly and the person taking out could careless while who ever answers the phone just dosent have time to say "hey what kind pizza was it so we can have it ready when you get here" Na I'm good I'd rather just throw it away and take my business somewhere else.

The order was sent around 11 so we expected to maybe wait 30-45 minutes on a Friday night even though we are 4 minutes down the road (we should’ve just came and got it) but we waited and waited and nothing, I called and the guy would picked up the phone told me “Alan” our delivery driver was on the way even though on the app he hasn’t moved an inch. 1 1/2 hours pass and still nothing so I called once more and he responded saying he will be there in 10 minutes max. 2 hours pass it’s now 1am so I called once more and with no answer, they r closed, but are food? nowhere to be seen. I called the next day with a women I think her name was Melody or something like that and she claimed my card was wrong over and over so I couldn’t refunded, I had to dispute the amount and now waiting 45 days for $60. Never ordering from here again 0/10, awful experience.

This Dominos is screwed up more than you could EVER imagine . Do not order from this place. I promise you it will be a mistake. Just look at all the other reviews. Have you ever seen a Domino’s with that many one stars?
