- DMDaniel Melton4 days ago1.0Everybody that works at this chipotle needs to be fired or needs to have a bunch of training on customer service and how to properly read directions on making mobile orders. My mobile app was not updated when my food was ready. I had to go up there and ask them because it was not at the Pick Up station. I received half of the things I ordered. My bowl was a complete pile of slop to where it was un-appetizing to eat, I didn't receive my chips that I paid extra for. I will never be going back to this location ever again. This has happened 3 times in the past. if I could rate it zero stars, I would.

You can't tell if your order is correct because it's all sealed when you pick it up. I guess I should have opened all the containers in the parking lot and tried to closed the tops, etc. I won't make that mistake again because I'm not going back. Couldn't call because you are connected to a bot, same with the "customer service" bot on the web site. Waste of time and money. Be considerate of customers. A lot of the population doesn't live near the ONE major shopping area in Leland so it sucks when you make the effort and pay $ only to find out your order is completely wrong.

Portions were already tiny, but what really got me was being upcharged for double protein — and even that looked smaller than a normal serving at other Chipotle locations. Between the attitude and the skimpy portions, this place just isn’t worth it.

Sweet woman, personable, made conversation, double confirmed what I wanted on my bowl, made recommendations. I could tell that she wanted me to have a good meal and a good day. Couldn’t recommend this location or this woman as an employee enough.

I asked if I could get a quesadilla and the server said I can only get one if I order it on the App. There were tortillas on the counter in front of me but she would not make me one. That's a bit ridiculous that I need to order from an app when I'm right there and they were not busy. If that is how all Chipotle restaurants work I will never go to another onr.
