  My name is George P., and I am a follower of Jesus Christ, the Lord and Savior for all people providing Eternal Life/Romans 10:9/10; Salvation Is Today; Additionally, this Chipotle location not only provides great food and service each time but today, Joycenetta graciously brought the phone I left as I just left this facility; Moreover, I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to do this, and my wife Leidy who was not present, appreciated this very much as well; Finally and altogether, we look forward to returning, and we encourage others to come here as well. Thank You/God Bless 🛐🙏😃

  I was surprised to see 2.8 stars. I’ve been here over 20 times and always had a good experience. Food portions could be a little better with protein but still very good. Service is very patient, quick and kind. Edit: My next visit was the opposite of better. I was wrong, I understand the complaints about portions now. I ordered through the mobile app for the first time and got screwed. Take the food I had in the photo and remove 40% of food, that’s what they gave me. I always come here after a workout and to open up my $10 meal and see nearly half of my food I would’ve normally had just gone pisses me off. TLDR: order in person, they scam you on the app

  Absolutely disgusting place. Tried to order a quesadilla and they told me no I had to do it online if I wanted a quesadilla. The chips were stale. I ended up getting a burrito since I literally wasn’t allowed to get a quesadilla and it fell apart immediately, was made disgustingly and the staff was rude. Do not go here

  I think the 5 star orders were paid to say good things because everything everybody said is what we experienced when we ordered takeout. I ordered 3 bowls and 4 mexican cokes and went to pick it up. Upon arrival the bag and food were soaking wet because of the condensation and the food fell out of the bottom of the bag on my lap. The one bowl that did survive was x2 steak and was the smallest portion I've ever seen. I tried calling the store and it was impossible to get in touch with the company. I had to use reddit to get the number for the customer service line.

  Placed an online order for 3 steak bowls, and this was the WORST! My son drove to the location and picked up the food, about $38 worth. This is what he saw when he took off the lid! He took all 3 bowls back to the location (and he NEVER does this). He explained what happened, and saw a female in the background *laughing* about it. NO ONE even bothered to say, "I'm sorry." They offered 3 containers of steak. - this doesn't make up for the lack of other ingredients. I think that's what really bothered him, and when I say he's a top regular customer, I mean it. For the FIRST time I was able to finish my bowl in 1 sitting. We have not been back since.
