  If I could give less of a score I would. I knew there was going to be a problem the second I walked in the door. I placed an order at the register at 1148 am 8/19/2026. At 1155 they called an order that was picked up and rifled through by the wrong customer. He returned the order to get his correct order and they never attempted to call the actual name on the order out to find the proper customer. At 1215 they had began calling names who had placed their orders after me. I thankfully had my receipt, so I was able to get a refund, just to find out that my order was the one that had been sitting to the side. I was not going to give up my already stretched lunch break for them to take another 30 minutes to give me the wrong order again. I have come to this arbys multiple times over the last couple weeks and have had issues each and every time. From incorrect orders to forgotten items. Do not go here. They are incapable of making an accurate order.

  This Arby's is conveniently located "easy-on, easy-off" highway exit and next to a Marathon service station. I stopped by to order a carry-out lunch to take to a friend. She requested the chicken salad, if it was available- which it was!. My son ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich, and I ordered a French Dip sandwich, which is my favorite thing on the Arby's menu. The only reason I gave a four-star rating on the food is because when I arrived at my friend's house and unpacked the lunch, au jus for the French Dip sandwich was nowhere to be found, and the au jus "makes" that sandwich. It was too far to go to return for the au jus. I ate the sandwich just as it was and it was still delicious... The young lady who waited on us was very helpful and friendly. The inside of the restaurant was sparkling clean. The drink machine was sparkling clean. In spite of the mishap with the au jus, I'm sure I will go back again.

  DON’T EAT HERE. They leave you in the drive through for 10 minutes at a time without even a word to say hey someone will be with you momentarily. Terrible service After finally ordering and pulling through, the staff member instructed us to pull off and they would bring out food out. We waited for several additional minutes before eventually walking inside to get our food after being told it would be brought outside. We were missing items and the food was cold. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE.

  Lady at the window is rude and nasty. Forget coming here again.
