- VCV. CMar 21, 20261.0What ever you do please do not visit this location late nights especially on th weekend. The night manager here is not efficient and is always on her phone. Im sure they can view their night analytics and see the poor performance. A crew is only good as its leader. I never have an issue with morning or lunch and the crew is very kind during those times and the food is fresh. Night time I waited 15 minutes for food and the meal was cold. Another night 23 minutes and the order was wrong. The crew seem stressed out or thy seemed to be as care free as the female night manager being on her phone standing there as the line wraps around the building and cars are being parked and waiting with a full staff. Morning and day time get 5 stars but night time gets 1.
