I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I waited approximately 45 minutes for my food. During the transaction, an employee, a Black male with locs, attempted to charge me twice for my order. When I finally received my food, the pizza was made incorrectly. I politely asked for the pizza to be corrected or replaced. The employee informed me that he could not replace it and that he did not give refunds. He then became dismissive, shut the service window, and slammed it in my face. Today, I attempted to contact the store to resolve the issue, but the same employee repeatedly hung up on me instead of addressing my concerns. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that I receive a refund or replacement for the incorrect order. I have retained my receipt and can provide additional information if needed. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

So after eating my food I felt sick like my stomach started hurting really bad !! And my chest not sure if they did anything to it !! But only i was messed up !! No one ate Alfredo but me !! It’s sad u can’t eat from restaurant any more ! You can’t trust the people/ person !! Never ordering from here !! Not sure if I got to go to the hospital for food poisoning or not !! They don’t even deserve one star !! Bc it’s not fair y'all playing over customers food like that !! And y'all filled out that job application!! If you don’t like what a customer has ordered then this line of work isn’t for u !! Smh I’m praying I’m going to be ok !! Bc that’s something u don’t play about bc different customs have different reactions to food poisoning!! Definitely keeping the boxes just in case !! Smh
