Me and my wife drove up to give the female standing outside our order. She was leaning against a pole like she was having a bad day. She did not greet me at all and I asked her how she was doing and asked was she having a good day and she said yes, so I place my order and when I got to the window to pick it up, the employee at the window was not in a great mood either. She handed me my food with no smile, from and didn't ask me if I needed anything like ketchup or sauces and I just finally told her to have a great day and we left. Once we got on the road I opened my sandwich and it was stone cold l to the touch ike it had been in the refrigerator all night. The chicken itself was cold as well. The only thing that was lukewarm where the waffle fries. It was very unusual to get that kind of service and food from Chick-fil-A which is why I decided to write my experience on the Google app.

Im mainly frustrated because since my family and I race we drive big rigs and we cannot fit them into small parking lots. We parked at a BP down the street and I walked from the gas station to the restaurant. Once I got back to the rig I noticed that 2 of my sandwiches were incorrect, the fries were not larges and there were only 2 sauces for 3 sets of fries, 2 sandwiches and a 12 count nugget with fries. Again it’s extremely aggravating when you are on the road for hours and stop to get food and it is incorrect. The meal was 44 dollars and I would have thought my food would be correct.

My wife and I were waiting quite a bit for our food and thought it was odd that everyone else in our party had not only gotten their food but had enough time to eating. We went inside to check on our order and it was sitting behind the counter. The cashier (with an attitude) told us that they were unable to find us, so they gave up. If you're going to have tables outside it's important that the servers check them.
