  Great Food as always. This location has a play area for 3 and unders as well as outdoor tables.

  This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with CFA. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup (something I never do) at 1:19 PM as I was getting off the highway. I placed another mobile order at another place before that. I went to the Walmart, then the other place for my other order and then CFA. I put my parking space # in and relaxed. I was on a call so I wasn't thinking about the time, but at 1:55 PM I got ou of my car and went in. I tried to get someone's attention in the pickup line. When that didn't happen I got in the regular line. At 2:09 PM it was finally my turn. The cashier was surprised, and asked if I checked the bagged ordered for pickup, I told her yes and she walked to the DT area to check. She came back and told me that my stick was lost and if I step aside someone would look for the order. I told her no thank you, but I needed a refund, not on the app, just back in my account. After a few minutes the cashier told me it was done. No apologies just get out of the line. I'm really disappointed in them, and they need to do better.

  Outstanding personal from the people outside taking your order to the people bring out your order. Compare to other fast food restaurants, they have a very caring and the most polite crew. It even shows inside when you dine in. From the outside to the inside it is spotless! You get your money worth!

  Monday, 2:30 pm dine in. Took the longest time ever for us to be waited on with only one person taking orders and two people ahead of me. Ordered a 12 count grilled chicken meal, only to sit down and receive breaded chicken. There was ample staff with at least five staff standing at front chatting and doing nothing. Dining room was filthy with tables not cleaned and food in the floor. I travel and continue to give this chicfila a chance thinking it will be better next time. No improvements.

  I wanted to take a moment to leave a very special review for this Chick-fil-A location and especially for an associate named Carmen Taylor, who truly went above and beyond in a way that meant so much to me and my family. Last weekend, we were traveling to the beach and stopped here about halfway through our trip to grab lunch. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and everything about the visit was great. Unfortunately, in the middle of traveling with family and getting back on the road, I accidentally left my jacket behind at the restaurant. I did not realize it until later that evening, and when I finally called, I was able to reach Carmen. From that moment, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring. She did not hesitate to help me, and she quickly took the initiative to mail my jacket back to me. I received it just a few days later. That may seem like a small act to some, but to me, it was a huge reflection of Carmen’s character and the kind of environment this Chick-fil-A creates. In a world where it is easy for personal belongings to disappear or be overlooked, it meant a lot to experience such honesty, care, urgency, and professionalism. It spoke volumes about the safety, integrity, and family-oriented atmosphere of this location. Carmen Taylor is truly the kind of person who makes a lasting impression. Her kindness and willingness to help turned what could have been a very frustrating situation into something deeply appreciated and memorable. She is an absolute asset to this location, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Huge thank you again to Carmen and to this entire Chick-fil-A team. Exceptional people, exceptional service, and an experience that reminded me why Chick-fil-A stands out.
