To be clear, I was there for the pre-packed quarts I and my mother love so very much, and my frustration came from not being serviced right away like the KING that I am. After waiting for what felt like HOURS (3 minutes, tops), I eyeballed the touchscreen. Ventured a click. QUICKLY found my items, encountered absolutely no hassles getting to checkout and paying, and was out the door before you could get to the 31st flavor if for some reason you had been asked to name them all from memory... Ahem. So if you find yourself being chronically ignored at the counter, indulge the screen. I promise, you won't regret it!*

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
