- MBMaxine BlakeMar 4, 20263.0Order online with no toppings. Got my order, it had nuts on it. Handed it back to them. Got it back and it looked a mess. Then again, it was a little melted. Got home and realized, they SCOOPED the nuts off. I know this because I am still finding them in my ice cream. They better be thankful I don’t have an allergy. It is not my fault they cannot read. I prefer my food to be slow and correct. NOT fast and wrong. The picture is what I had scooped out onto a plate.

And the girl who gave us our order in a bad mood. I said thank you to her and she said your welcome as she was walking away. Rude! No one else was in the drive thru line or at the counter inside either. Must of been a bad day for them there today. Anyway the ice cream is good here and this is the first time of rudeness. Usually everyone is happy and friendly.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
