  Terrible customer service and the food was terrible too many young kids playing around with no structure. The manager was too young and too sensitive to be in a manager position he needs manager training asap...the young kids made my order wrong and the manager told me they don't give refunds and then threatened to call police after refusing to re-make my order. Never seen anything like it. GO Somewhere Else!!!!!! Unless you want cold food and bad service 0/10 I don't recommend these guys at all... terrible!!!

  I had a great experience thanks to the assistant manager, Monica, at Arby’s. Her leadership and professionalism truly stood out. She kept everything running smoothly, even during a busy time, and made sure both the team and customers were taken care of. You could tell she takes pride in her work by how organized everything was and how she stepped in to support her staff when needed. What impressed me most was her attitude—friendly, respectful, and attentive. Monica handled situations calmly and made sure every customer felt valued. It’s not every day you come across management that leads by example like that.

  GM is extremely rude. I realize I needed to explain the experience. I ordered the Arby's box 2 weeks in a row for myself and my coworker. The first week I asked for large drinks and all was good. The 2nd week I was not allowed to upsize the drinks even with being charged more. But the most embarrassing part was being yelled at through the speaker at the drive thru. The lady yelled at me over the associate that was taking my order. She said "I'm the GM at this location and we don't upside drinks on these boxes". I replied "I'm sorry I just ordered this last week and they allowed me to. I was gonna just pay more" I barely got it out of my mouth and she yelled again and said "whoever did that for you was not supposed to. I'm the GM and you have to get the size that comes with the box". Her tone was rude and disrespectful.

  Came thru the Drive thru at 9pm after Revival Service. No type of Hospitality and it took them forever to come to the Intercom and take our order. I order the Half Pounder with a 4pc Potato cake and a Large Sweet tea. The Half Pounder was luke warm they put it on Kid size buns and my Potato cakes were old and cold. Please get it together. When I worked for Arbys in HS all had to be done fresh. Do better.
