I went to place an order and was having a little trouble getting my words out because I have a slight speech impediment. The employee taking my order, a heavy-set white woman with short hair, made a smart remark and said, “We don’t sell ‘uh uhs.’” I felt that was rude and told her I have a speech impediment. She did apologize afterward.
My husband ended up taking over the order for me. When we got to the window, a black employee in the back was rolling her eyes.
Very Disappointed in Customer Service.

Terrible customer service and the food was terrible too many young kids playing around with no structure. The manager was too young and too sensitive to be in a manager position he needs manager training asap...the young kids made my order wrong and the manager told me they don't give refunds and then threatened to call police after refusing to re-make my order. Never seen anything like it. GO Somewhere Else!!!!!! Unless you want cold food and bad service 0/10 I don't recommend these guys at all... terrible!!!

I had a great experience thanks to the assistant manager, Monica, at Arby’s. Her leadership and professionalism truly stood out. She kept everything running smoothly, even during a busy time, and made sure both the team and customers were taken care of. You could tell she takes pride in her work by how organized everything was and how she stepped in to support her staff when needed.
What impressed me most was her attitude—friendly, respectful, and attentive. Monica handled situations calmly and made sure every customer felt valued. It’s not every day you come across management that leads by example like that.
