  Decided I needed a steak on a Thursday evening and happened into this place. I was promptly greeted at the door and taken to the bar where I met Eli, he was personable, attentive and did a great job taking care of myself and all of the people around. My T-bone was perfectly cooked and Eli even double checked to make sure everything was perfect. I really wish there were more bartenders like him. The only thing I was not a fan of was a double Jameson was $24...the bottle is $27 A lot higher than what's around but dont let that stop you from stopping in. Ask for Eli if ypu want 5 star service.

  Don’t know what was going on today. Showed up at 3:15; half the tables were empty but it was an hour wait. Then droves of people left and they still didn’t seat anyone for another 15 mins. Finally got seated and waited 10 mins for a waitress to even acknowledge we were sitting there. Food took forever to come out. We sat there finished with our meal for 15 mins; our waitress nowhere in sight. Finally had to flag down another server to pay our bill. Don’t know if the kitchen was short staffed, but the floor had plenty of hostesses/wait staff for a half full restaurant. Definitely a poorly managed shift for sure.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jessica was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure everything came out just right. Our drinks stayed full, she checked on us at the perfect times without being overbearing, and her positive attitude made the entire dining experience even better. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Jessica truly exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back and will ask for her again. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

  My Wife and I had a a wonderful Dinner at Saltgrass Steak House. Grayson was our Waitress and she was incredible. We found out she had been at this location for 2 weeks and was her first Waitress job. The Management must be incredible here to give her the tools to be so well trained. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was spot on for the theme. If I had one compliant it would be the music was a little loud. The yeast rolls were proofed, fat and fluffy. We started with Seafood Fondeaux it was hot cheesy and full of goodies the bread that comes with it was an added bonus. Then I had a cup of potato soup and Wife had a freshly made salad full of items not in the usual salad mix in the bag stuff. Then my Wife and I shared the BBQ ribs and bourbon bacon 🥓 😋 and sweet potato 🥔 with sugar cinnamon butter. The ribs fell off the bones and cooked to perfection 👌. The Management checked in with us and was very pleasant and wanted to make sure we had a memorable night 🌙. And Saltgrass did exceed expectations. Highly recommended. We will be back and will be asking for Grayson as our Waitress.

  I absolutely enjoyed my time at Saltgrass on Juneteenth the food was absolutely delicious and I had the server by the name of Brandon. He was so respectful and such a gentleman. He helped me navigate the menu as I figured out what I wanted to order; I have been the Saltgrass before, but it’s been a couple of years so the menu has changed of course so he was an absolute help. I ended up getting the Patties Ribeye with a loaded baked potato and Caesar salad and Brandon helped me make that delicious decision. He also helped me pick out the Sangria Margarita based off of my likes and wants, which was a great option in this summer heat. I absolutely suggest that you try Saltgrass in Knightdale, NC and if you can seat in Brandon’s section
