    Saltgrass is our go-to steakhouse in the greater Raleigh area, service is phenomenal, especially our go-to server. Casey, she remembers our drink orders and dietary restrictions. So she's always on point when she offers new specials. The cooks are phenomenal, steaks are cooked exactly to order, atmosphere is great! Today we're here for my husband's birthday, and looking forward to a phenomenal meal as always! I like a nice bourbon, they have good options and their bartenders are knowledgeable and very friendly.

    So we love saltgrass. We came here once and it was amazing. Texas steakhouse in Raleigh/Knightdale. Made a reservation for Mother’s Day about 3 to 4 days ago. 7:15 PM. We arrive on time and are so excited chatting it up with Folks. “ sorry there’s an hour and a half wait for food” OK, I get that right. My life is hospitality. People could’ve called out from the kitchen. But from what I see there’s a flood of Folks that came to eat dinner and maybe they were let in walk-in style maybe not but to have a reservation and be told that you can’t have dinner is kind of whack. Maybe I’ll be back maybe not but we’ll be eating dinner somewhere else at night though or maybe I’ll just cook again; next time we’ll check it out is probably in Texas Not salty, happy Mother’s Day to everyone out there ♥️🤙⭐️

    I have been eating here for years and never had such an impossible meal ever! My son’s steak and my steak was raw after waiting an hour and half for our meal. In the mean time, people came and ate then left before our meal ever showed up. I was gonna try to eat my meal but the steak was cold, my baked potato was cold and hard. The GM brought us our meal and apologized profusely for the wait. That is when we realized none of it was correct. The manager didn’t care at all. When I finally had enough because I was tired all he did was take off 15 dollars. My plate was 30 dollars. Needless to say, I will never go back there.

    never ever in my life have i ever experienced such incompetence and disrespect. I placed an online order, spoke to the hostess, was told to go the takeout window, i then proceeded to sit there for 10 minutes with no communication, not an employee in sight, i go to talk to the hostess again, she says she’ll check on it, i go and sit back down for another 15 minutes when i hear another person picking up an order (5th person i heard complain) ask the hostess for a manager. at that point someone came out and asked for the names of the orders and proceeded to walk back into the kitchen and come back out with FIVE takeout bags, ALL COLD. proving these orders were ready and just sitting there and we were being ignored. horrible experience. even if the food is decent do not give these people your time or money. they do not deserve it.

    On April 5,2026(4:12 pm),the server was not a good server.I assumed it was close to her shift being over.About an hour of our seating,we didn’t see her anymore.Another server came to assist us & we were told she is off.My sister had to send her cold food back. My food was cold too but I didn’t worry about it because it was for later. Then my receipt was screwed up. I’m military & the discount was not taken off my total.Then I had 2 different charges taken out of my account. The server involved manager(Amanda)whom claim to fix the receipt.On the updated receipt,it was another 2 different charges from the previous receipt. I refuse to sign receipt due to additional fees. Amanda said she took care of it & I will not be charge. There was not any proof of previous refund. My family & I had her to sign the receipt & Amanda wrote(over payment) under her name if it be any problems.The complete charges from previous receipt was refunded but 2 charges were added from last receipt. I contacted Amanda. She saw were I been charged 2times. Amanda claimed to send matter to upper management(corporate) whom she says has to handle it. Over a week later, no refund. I contacted Amanda & she said it’s nothing she can do once she turned it over to corporate.I called Amanda days ago because I haven’t heard anything from corporate, Amanda told me she was busy & call her back at 7pm. I been busy as well & wasn’t able to call then. I call her today(May 1,2026)& once Amanda got on phone & I refreshed her memory who I was, Amanda said for me to give her 2 minutes she’s going in office.As I am typing this review, I am still on hold( 37 minutes). I called back, whomever that answered phone said Amanda is gone & will be back later after she had me on hold for 37 minutes.Then I asked was there another manager on duty. The young lady said yes, but yet on hold almost 10 minutes.
