I can understand ran out for the day (it was 630/7 am )when I did a pick up order but 2 months!?!? The inconsistencies in the donuts . Half was so small on one side and the other side was larger like reg size. It was embarrassing. Staff was overall friendly..

We get there hot Now sign was on walk in asked for the hot now donuts get to the car both dozens are cold and hard. Go back to drive thru ( due to it was raining extremely hard this day) told them they were not hot well a few min later the manager comes with the donut which I believe to be rewarmed. He states they don't do the hot now they receive the donuts from Raleigh. I told him that's false advertising due to the fact you have a Warmer and that doesn't work. Do not use the sign to draw people especially if you know they are not hot then got the nerve to ask to take a survey and receive a coupon for buy a dozen get a dozen from this particular store. No thank you not from this stand alone I am very irritated and upset that I spent that much money to warm up donuts in the microwave. Seriously if you don't have "Hot Now" take the sign down because you will end up getting more bad reviews.

Every one I patronized the different favor of donuts were readily available & fresh regardless of the time. I have gone twice to this establishment, the 1st time was around mid afternoon. I was able to get the donuts I wanted but in eating them you could tell they were several days old. The 2nd time was around 8pm & even though they close at 10pm the young lady at the counter told me there weren’t any donuts other than some glazed ones in back. Now I don’t believe for a minute they ran out of donuts. I believe they just didn’t bothered baking more (if they bake them) or didn’t bother to order more from the supplier. In either case I have opted to going to the down town Krispy Kreme where they bake them. The counter is stocked with every favor they carry & you can get some warm glazed ones freshly baked. The staff are always friendly & get you in & out quickly.

I may be biased toward the Peace St location. Server did not seem very enthusiastic and not happy to be there. She was able to help me not she seemed a little chippy while doing it. I was in to buy donuts for the office so it will have to do. Otherwise, I'll be going to the Peace St location.
