I always look for a Dunkin when traveling, but this time there donuts sucked. Tasted stale no cream in the Boston cream.

I placed a mobile order that was pick up through the drive through around 8 in the morning. I ordered a medium coffee and a avocado toast. simple. I arrive to the speaker, state I have a mobile order for *my name*, and was told to pull forward. There was two cars ahead of me so and not that many people inside so it seemed to be a fairly relaxed morning for them. The two cars before me got there order and so I pull up to the window. I was immediately met with annoyed & nasty look by a a worker. I state i had the mobile order and was met with another nasty look coupled with a lil head shake. Nothing but attitude. I say for *my name* and he proceeds to hand me my food/ drink. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. For a grown man to not be able to use his word and simply ask “what was ur order” is simply ridiculous. I would rather go to a further dunkin with educated and polite people instead of dealing with an attitude from a grown man working at dunkin. Do better.
I genuinely don’t know how my 10 minute experience here was terrible. I was the only person in the drive thru, in fact I was the only customer there.
I had to repeat myself 6 times, which would be fine, if they had gotten my order correct. I ordered ONE drink with little ice, yet my drink was 95% ice.
This location has ZERO donuts. That’s just managements + corporates fault. How are you going to have donuts in your name, and have no donuts..? The employee at the window informed me that they hadn’t had donuts for the past week.
The employee at the window was nice enough, but the other employee there had severe attitude problems.
Please do better Knightdale Dunkin. 😭😭☠️

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at a Dunkin’ Donuts location. I stopped by after dropping my son off at school, expecting a quick and pleasant start to my day. Unfortunately, the experience left me extremely frustrated and negatively impacted my mood.
Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I waited approximately five minutes at the order window before my order was even taken. When I was finally assisted, the employee at the window displayed ya noticeably unprofessional and unfriendly attitude.
I placed a simple order: a coffee with cream only (no sugar), mini stuffed bagels, and an avocado toast. When asked about cream and sugar, I clearly specified that I wanted cream only. Additionally, I inquired if the mini stuffed bagels were still available, and the employee confirmed they were.
However, when I received my order, my coffee contained a significant amount of sugar settled at the bottom of the cup. I immediately returned it and waited an additional two minutes for a replacement, which was remade with visible attitude from the employee.
After leaving the drive-thru, I checked my food and discovered that my avocado toast included bacon—something I did not request. I am aware there are separate menu options for avocado toast with and without bacon, and I explicitly did not order the version with bacon.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor attitude, long wait time, and multiple order inaccuracies are unacceptable. If I could rate this visit, it would be zero out of five stars, with customer service receiving a zero out of ten.
I hope this matter is addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.
I'll be trying a different location! This was just awful to the staff the appearance of the place !
