  The wings are usually very good. The service is almost always bad. There are two good servers who are very attentive (a young man with glasses and a young woman with dark hair). We have currently been seated at our booth for an hour and have not received our food. There is only one other table with people in the entire restaurant. I am currently looking at a waitress on her phone with headphones on, two waitresses talking and laughing loudly, and a man (maybe kitchen employee) talking loudly on speakerphone at the entrance of the kitchen. The staff is not very good at making people feel welcome. I'm not usually critical of atmosphere because I just want to eat my food and leave, but when I am waiting for my food for so long, I start to notice the bad staff and atmosphere. I continue to come here because I love the boneless wings and fries, and I appreciate the BOGO deals. I just wish the service was an area that they focused on more.

  Its a little bit of a wait, not bad. I came by a Thursday evening, Lydia was very helpful and the other young gentlemen that handed me my food.

  Sat at the table for 20min watching the waitress serve one table. No one stopped and said anything to us, offer us a drink, a menu or anything. We talked to the manger and went to chillis instead and got service right away.

  I had did a take out order. I had arrived at 7:45 the food was supposed to be ready at 7:40… I was waiting for a whole hour which I wasn’t really tripping about because I’m thinking it’s going to be hot. Once they brought the food out I left. Once I came home I opened it. It was sooo cold and I only live like 5 minutes away from the Buffalo Wild Wings. I’m extremely disappointed because what took so long and the food to be cold.

  The waitress was very sweet, but maybe a tad overwhelmed. It took forever for food to come out. In fact, it didn't come out until we were already on our way out, then continued to leave when we saw the quality of the food. The breading on the onion rings wasn't even stuck to the onions. The person from the kitchen gave attitude when we pointed out the quality of the food. We deserve better and that waitress deserves better support from the kitchen. I usually like BWW, but I don't think I want to go back to this location.
