- GCGerard CoutureSep 17, 20261.0It is mid september. The season is over.I ordered a pizza and some chicken at 7:43 pm. I was told my order would be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes. At 9:12pm I canceled my order as it hadn't been delivered yet! Who wants cold pizza? Pissed off, I then consumed a bowl of soup. Since the new owner took over, operation of this store has gone into the toilet!!
- AMAngela MillerSep 12, 20261.0This not the Papa's you know Inland. I asked for contactless delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later, I have David from Door Dash knocking on my door 3X. Food was not sealed. It was of course, cold. The cheese sticks were clearly NOT Papa Johns cheese sticks... I threw it all away. I would like a full refund. Papa's should not have whored my delivery out to Door Dash. Furthermore, I asked for no contact delivery. What part of "no contact delivery" was not understood? I do not have funds to tip Papas and the Door Dash David Dude... We are at war and our government is writing checks we can not cash. We are faced with $4K healthcare "deductibles", plus "co-pay", plus "co-insurance" after the fact... I do not have money to waste on bullshit. I decided to treat myself for once and this is the trash I got in return. I expect a full refund...
- HVHaley VonJul 20, 20261.0Had to wait an extra 30 mins for a pick up order because they didn’t see it in the system, then they didn’t get the order right. They offered free brownies for the inconvenience but then didn’t give it to me. I come here frequently but won’t be coming back after this experience.
- PPPriya PatelJun 27, 20265.0The pizza was so delicious and all the staff over there are so helpful and friendly. I ordered a pizza just before their closing time and they were so ready to take my order.
- BCBrian CollierJun 20, 20261.0Completely overwhelmed inside, obvious lack of training for anybody and management is obviously oblivious to customer service or the operational inabilities of their staff. I honestly laughed watching these clowns try to work and it’s not their fault, it’s on the management. Don’t waste your time or money here at all. Total waste of valuable vacation time. Go anywhere else but here. You’ve been warned.
