I just went in to order subs for a couple people. The girl working was very sweet and professional, but informed me that they were out of meatballs, which was what two of my subs were supposed to be. She let me know they were also out of a few other things like green peppers and tomatoes. I ended up ordering a sweet onion chicken tariyaki sub instead of one of the meatball. She put all the veggies on it, and I asked for sweet onion sauce and ranch. At that point she tells me that they're out of both of those sauces. I honestly didn't even want it anymore cause it just isn't the same, but I felt bad since it's not her fault someone above her doesn't know how to manage ordering ingredients. She recommended the garlic aoli so I agreed on that and left it alone. She said they should be getting a truck on Sunday so I can come back then for the sandwich I actually wanted. After I paid, she realized they were out of bags to put the sandwiches in, so she was about to send the other guy to get Walmart bags. It's disappointing that I wasn't offered any kind of discount or anything for the trouble. I don't think customers should have to double check that the right condiments will be available before they order, especially if the name of the condiment is part of the name of the sandwich. Again, the girl working wasn't at fault, and it's clear that this is multiple failures on management's part. I feel bad for anyone who orders online from here cause they'll be very disappointed. It's safe to say I won't be going back to this location.

Most pathetic sandwich I've gotten from anywhere, honestly. Too bad I can't post the photo. Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. I remember when you could get a foot long and eat on it twice. Now you get a paper thin layer of meat on an insubstantial bed of bottom of the bin scraped lettuce, and they didnt have all the ingredients available which made us have to change our order entirely. Watched the workers dump the old lettuce and put out new fresh lettuce after we paid and sat down to eat. If you're okay with subpar service this place is fine, but if you want your money's worth then visit a locally owned establishment or maybe even jersey mikes.
Been here a couple times as a walk-in customer and it's a really nice place. As always good food and good employees.
So far this is a one time experience, but I don't know if they look at Takeout tickets good, because I paid for a double protein (steak) sub and trusted the restaurant. However, when I unveiled my sub and laid my eyes on it, I just felt that my sub was not girthy enough. I popped the hood and I saw that the steak was about the same portion size as it usually does, not double. Not only that, but some vegetables were missing and I had also asked for extra veggies on the lettuce and spinach, but the sub was not overflowing with greens.
ANTI-TRUMP PEOPLE. HUGE DEMOCRATS. I went in she discussed her politics with me, without knowing mine, assuming I believe like she does. I wont give them a dime, they never anything and charge you withiut giving you what you want.
The son, very nice young man. Respectable. The owners, huge liberals.

I recently gave Subway a thumbs up regarding their value meal savings. I went to Subway again today during the memorial day weekend in Kinston, NC. I was immediately advised upon walking in the store they were out of slot of items. REALLY SUBWAY.... that's mis management. Who didnt make the order before the holiday...Do better...
