  This is the second time I have visited this Dunkin location. The first time I was very unhappy with the portion of my food. I ordered the loaded hash browns which is a usual for me at my local Dunkin elsewhere, but here when I received them there were 4 hash browns in the bottom of the container with barely any cheese sauce and bacon. The second time visiting I ordered the snacking bacon, which is also a usual for me at my local Dunkin. It was undercooked and had none of the sweet black pepper flavor that it usually does…. AND there were only about 5 tiny pieces I couldn’t believe it when I took it out of the bag. Since I tried giving them a second chance and it didn’t work, I will not be going back unfortunately.

  Amazing people working at this place and great advice by the manager. He’s one hell of a guy and does amazing job. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are the best. Love keep coming to this location.

  This place just opened up. And I already fell in love with it. I try to squeeze in time for cream cheese bagels. 🥯 😋

  Waited for over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I only ordered a black coffee and after 20+ minutes I asked for refund and was refused. Then and only then did my coffee appear. Absolute horrible customer service.

  I have gone several times since they opened. Initially, it was similar to my experiences in other Dunkin Donuts I have been to. But the last two times have been disappointing, mainly in the time it takes to get served. Yesterday was the worst. All I was trying to do was purchase one of the ice cream cakes from the freezer. But after ten minutes standing in line and seeing no progress in the line moving (and I mean none), I put the cake back in the freezer and left. Others came in and left without ordering as well. I like supporting local businesses and want to see them all, including this one, succeed. But with that sort of service, I fear it will fail like, so many before it. I guess I'll give it one more try, and if things have improved, I will update it here.
