  This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too, I keep trying to give them a chance after chance and every time I go my coffee is never made right.! Sometimes I’ll go in and let them know but most of the time I don’t have time to. No one should have to worry about looking forward to their drink and it being terrible every time!

  Absolutely disgusting. The hash browns were cold as it gets. When ordering the food they didn't have eggs but still charged the full price. I ordered a coffee she said I didn't mention a size so she charged me for a large instead of asking not only that was the coffee disgusting.

  The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I gave them three different chances all three were horrible. Food was old and stale, drinks were watered down. I am not sure there any type of management to help. The employees were all very nice just seemed lost, hopefully they can get some better leadership.

  So my first time here I was literally the only customer in there and waiting in line. I was told, I will be with you in a minute. That minute turned into a lot of minutes. Then two other customers walked in and stood behind me. There was a guy behind me and then another lady walked in and stood behind him. Well the lady that was in the very back was standing there as an employee walked up and asked her if she was here for her regular order. Which was avocado toast and lightly toasted . . . Well that's when me and the other customer behind me are looking at each other. Then right after that another employee came up and took the man behind me. I stood there a few more minutes looking confused. And wondering why I was not being served and I was in there before anybody else. I ordered a drink, welll the drink came out and the drink did not taste good. I paid almost $10 for a coffee and didn't even drink half of it. I will not be going back there, not just because the coffee wasn't good the first time but because the customer service sucks and the manager was sitting at a table on his laptop and couldn't answer the questions the employees had for him. I can't believe this is a new establishment and this is how it's being ran. Maybe it's just me. But I will not be going back.
