  I am a donut snob. They are my downfall in life. Dunkin Donuts is obviously a chain but must have different owners and some who do not care about ruining the DD name. They should have opened a Krispy Creme. I only get filled donuts. The DD in Beaufort knows how to fill a donut. Same with Salisbury location. Down in Green Cove Florida they literally overfill them to the point there is too much filling. You know this as soon as you pick the box up! This new DD was so disappointing, I picked up my box of donuts and swore it was emptied. If you have every been to a Kristy Kreme you know what I mean when a $20+ box of donuts doesnt even weigh a pound. The filled donuts I purchased, maybe had a teaspoon of filling. I purchased 3 different fillings, the apple, vanilla creme and boston creme. All the same way, I doubt anyone of them had a full teaspoon of filling. It is a good thing they make good drinks because they are disgrace to the filled donut lovers. I wont support them unless they bring their standards up to at least The common DD standards. I am sorry for the horrible review, but maybe the owner will read it and make some changes. I will give the owner or manager my phone number to call me if they would like to know how to make their donuts amazing.

  The manager couldn't make change, lied to me about my order being correct at the window, I had to go in to fix it AND get everything I ordered because it was wrong in ingredients and not all there

  I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this location. I ordered a cake well in advance for a special occasion online, but when I arrived to pick it up, the staff had absolutely no record of my order so they said, which did not make any sense since I received a confirmation number right after i ordered the cake. To make matters worse, I had already been charged for it. Instead of trying to help or offer a quick solution, the staff seemed completely indifferent and unbothered by the mistake. I left empty-handed with no cake for my event and a massive headache. If you are planning a party or a special event, do not risk ordering from here—they are completely unreliable and the customer service is nonexistent. Still waiting on my refund and its been over 9 days now.

  Have been here twice on the way to Raleigh. Both times the refreshers were made incorrectly. The first time I was driving so just let it go. The second time they gave one wrong drink and did remake that one but when I mentioned the other one did not have no where near enough concentrate in it, they said well we can remake it with a $2.34 fee , i said excuse me? I go to dunkin every day and I know this is not their standards. They refused and the chic said well the owner makes us charge to remake them. I said fine I will get it back from corporate and I did. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been too. So sad being as its a half way point for me otw to Raleigh. Save yourself the money and aggravation and go to the starbucks if in Kinston.
