- WWWayneOct 7, 20261.0Atmosphere was lower just due to the attitudes of the employees. Much different compared to what we're used to seeing. Stopped for breakfast on our drive home Monday morning. Almost completely empty which one never sees on a weekday morning. After our service experience I see now why only a few of us were here. The young man working the register was polite and friendly. He seemed to have a lot of trouble understanding my simple order and I had to repeat it several times. The wait behind a small construction crew in line took some time, and no other employees came over to offer assistance. I specified to the cashier that my Sausage/Egg biscuit could have no cheese on it. At least 3 times, I told him this. Guess how it came out? Had cheese on it but no sausage. I find the food often to be so so and bland at all Chick Fil A restaurants but the service is always great at one of these. Until here. While at the counter, when I took my Sausage/Cheese biscuit back, it was obvious I was not thrilled. We were leaving the lot when my wife discovered the mistake. Two ladies who appeared to be managers walked by me, and one actually started to ask me if I needed help, but she dropped something, and she was so frustrated that she walked away from me. The one I believe was in charge picked up some of her own food and walked back towards the office. Overall, this may be the absolute worst Chick Fil A we've visited in our many travels. Won't be back.

Must be all the good food right! 🙃 Being so clever I ordered inside... thought it would be quicker than the mile long drive-thru...I was able to order within 5 mins 😃 ...BUT the wait for one chicken n waffles 🐔🧇 sandwich and frys was over 20 mins!!!! Then I get home open up my bag ready to experience this long awaited masterpiece and ....WAIT...WHAT?? NO syrup and NO Chic-fil-A sauce for my frys 🥹 SAD DAY 😭 Also thought it was supposed to come with 🥓 bacon on it....NOPE not mine 😭 Whelp that was a hit and a miss in my books... But since the staff were so friendly and they were working their booties off I Will definitely have to try this again...but at a less busy time and will definitely check the bag before leaving...Rookie Mistake 🙃 #ChickenNwafflesandwhichRound1
