  Absolutely no reason why I need to wait in my car for my food for the whole 30 minute lunch brake from work. I paid and never received my order, I had to leave the waiting line in order to clock back into work on time. Very frustrating and this wasn’t the first time this happens.

  I went to this bojangles yesterday on the way to a dance recital I was running behind but I was the only one in drive thru at the time; I ordered a Cajun Filet Sandwich combo I paid and the lady gave me my drink and told me to pull to the white line because there’s a 3 minute wait on Cajun meanwhile I paid at 6:02 tell me why I didn’t get my food until 6:20 i literally had to go in there and tell them that I had been waiting 15 minutes for my order before they even started making it. I definitely won’t be back.

  Did drive-thru. Ordered Cajun Filet biscuit. Asked for mayo. Pulled into parking spot to put mayo on. Placed biscuit on my leg, was HOT!! Got mayo on & waited few minutes for it to cool a little. Absolutely the BEST biscuit I have ever had at any Bo.
