  I decided to try a chicken cordon bleu sandwich which looked like it was under the heat lamp all day. I attempted to eat it but it was dried up and tough like leather. I had two bites which gave me instant heartburn. I ended up giving it to the dog. There also was no mayo to put on it. Of course there were no straws and napkins in the bag.

  We ate at your establishment tonight and I ordered the new steak sub with 1/2 lb of steak. My sandwich was lucky to have even a 1/4 lbs of steak and cheese smeared across the bread. I basically ate a bread sandwich tonight. If I'm paying $15 for my meal it should be made right. We spent $37 for our meal tonight and for the most part it was ok but when describing and item please make it as described. We felt cheated on our order. I wish I would have taken a picture of our meal for proof. I don't think we will return.

  Horrible service. We ended up not completing our drive thru order due to how rude the service was. I don't think I have ever had an experience that bad before.
