- EJEden JamersonJun 11, 20261.0EXTREMELY RUDE TO DOORDASHERS!!! They started giving me faces and getting irritated with me because i wouldn’t grab a random drink for my customer. They did not have the drink I needed, after 5 mins I could not get in touch with customer and they’re being rude to me cuz I wouldn’t grab a random drink even though I told them DoorDash has us message customer, and upon no response the customer will have to refund it on their end in the app. I WAS DOING MY JOB CORRECTLY. So, PAPA JOHNS, might wanna give your staff a lesson in respecting the public and their delivery drivers. It’s unacceptable to be treated this poorly while we’re running your pizzas and keeping your business up! Do better!!!!

The lady on the phone said to call the business next to our job site to get it. A classic we screwed you over and don't care moment. This is unprofessional, they refused to give a refund or resend the pizza. I used to deliver pizzas for pizza hut, we would always call the customer when it was a business to verify drop off location. If you are a business order from Domino's, pizza hut, doordash, Uber eats or even little Caesars before eating at this place. Imagine having a pizza delivered to your neighbor and Papa John's says "lol tough luck, not my problem"
