  I don’t know why I continue to give them more chances. I order extra cheese and light sauce and they always mess it up. I order in restaurant and they “forgot” to make half my order. I don’t think it matters how many managers you put in there, it’s never going to get better.

  The lunch buffet is a total joke on Sunday. We get there at noon. NO TEA At all. NO lettuce on the salad bar the WHOLE time. They are filling soda from 2 liter drinks. Took 15min to get our waters. The wait for pizza, I'm sure people are still waiting for lunch buffet pizza today. The only Pizza they wanted to add was supreme. Out of 8 possible spots 3 was supreme the rest we'll was empty the majority of the time. But hey they did give a voucher come 5 times to buffet get 6th free. It will take me 20yrs to get that, we won't be back.

  ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE APP!! We ordered through DoorDash and had two dashers drop our order. An hour goes by and I call the Pizza Hut thinking something is wrong with our order. The Lovely Christopher answered and informed me that it’s been ready this whole time and no one has come in looking for it. I told him about the drops and he immediately apologized and offered to deliver either personally or with one of his drivers. Christopher called me back roughly 15 mins after we ended the first call to confirm the address and the order, which he completely remade. Another 15 mins after we ended that call we got our food and it was fantastic!! Mind you they did all of this after the store closed! Needles to say order directly from them and GIVE CHRISTOPHER A RAISE!!!
