Person at speaker was so soft spoken it was difficult to understand when they were speaking to me. Pull up to the window at about 1:06pm and was advised they were packing it up "now" and to pull up to the door. I and another vehicle were left waiting. Lunch rush ended and no one was in line behind us, then a minute later watched a truck pull up to the window, get their food and leave. 1:26pm I go inside to inquire about my food. Was given my bag of food with an offhand 'sorry' then had to wait while my first drink was fixed, then had to remind them again of my second drink and wait while it was fixed. Later, after leaving the restaurant, discovered the bo-berry sausage biscuit I ordered was in fact just a plain sausage biscuit. Thoroughly bothered by this level of service and disregard.

On top of that the manager is in dining room eating with 2 other employees. All they say to me was sorry someone should of had that ready. Smh they had no business at all going on at the time. So they could not make the one order they have come though. You cant hear the order come through if your eating in the back of the dining room. Horrible service Horrible staff. Will NEVER go there to eat.
