They could only give me ketchup or mustard for condiments and not have to pay for them. I’ll never visit this location again! Every bojangles I’ve ever been would give me ranch for a 20 piece chicken without having to pay for it. Never again!!!

The store said to request it through the app but were unable to tell us where to do that (still haven’t found that option btw.) Customer service said to contact the store. The websites “refund request form” was useless. The general managers voicemail is full and can’t receive messages. Overall a terrible experience. 0/5 stars, would not recommend.
