- WIWendy Ingle2 days ago1.0First….the robot on the drive through speaker….horrible. We go to this Bojangles on July 4th at 5:30 in the evening. We ordered an 8pc family meal. Ok they were out of wings. No problem. The guy tells us we can choose something else to replace it. Then asked what we ordered. Tell him 8pc family meal. Speaks to someone comes back and says “we can’t give you extra breast because of the size difference between that and a wing. Dumb answer because we know it would had been an upcharge. Didn’t even offer that. Then they only had one breast and said they could just give us thighs and legs. Sorry that’s not an option for us to pay over $30 for thighs and legs. So we said we would go somewhere else. Went right next door to KFC was greet by a HUMAN on the drive through speaker! Super nice lady and had everything we wanted and was fresh and hot and excellent customer service! Really Bojangles. You run out of chicken on the 4th of July and didn’t even offer to make anymore? Unacceptable customer service.

I got mac and cheese that was so dry and clumpy. Same with the potatoes. It's barely a teaspoon of potatoes with a dime sized dollop of gravy. I can't believe they are allowed to serve this let alone charge money. You're known for your sweet tea but it tastes like sewer water with hardly any sugar.
