Comfortable atmosphere and attentive and friendly staff.
My Wife had the Shrimp Alfredo and didn't have to search for the Shrimp. Of Course we share and it was great!
She had some of my Prime Rib special, with twice baked potato and Creamed Spinach all cooked perfectly. We are locals and first time there, we will spread the word, and enjoy the spread in the future. John I believe is the owner and is super cool!
Great choice!

Food was decent but they don't have A1 steak sauce......how can a steak restaurant not offer A1. Found that odd and certainly make eating my steak less enjoyable . Nice atmosphere good service but way over priced in my opinion .

While our server was fantastic, the kitchen was not. Our steak was raw when it should’ve been medium rare, my chicken was pink in the middle, and the calamari was gummy.
For the $130 some dollars we paid, the only thing worth it was the bread and the twice baked potatoes. Sad experience, not worth the money at all.

Well, let me start by saying it was a mistake to think the outer banks is a place to take the wife for a nice getaway. But, on our 45th anniversary we wanted a nice dinner and wine. Jk's said hey there early which the wife and I did. 15 minutes in the drizzle to get in. Once they sat 10 or so large groups I told them 2. I was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes for a table and to go to the bar. As I questioned why there wasn't room for us 2. The hostess said they needed to get the grill and service started then they can get us a table. And again said I can wait in the bar and I can eat there also. I said the wife and I wanted a table she said she'll let us know. So off to the bar we go. Loud and already drinking folks enjoying the evening. I tell the barmaid about it's our 45th and that I'm disappointed that they didn't seat us. She told me that she will try to make it better and we never seen her again. The other bartender finally asked what we would like. I order a bottle of wine. After a while he's making drinks and my wife says I guess he forgot us also. Then, he stopped and asked if someone was getting him that bottle and he got us 2 glasses. Well the wife asked me how do they know who we are. They didn't take your name. And went to ask. The hostess told her again we can eat at the bar and that she didn't have a name for us and clearly there was a mistake. The other hostess stopped her and said she would seat us. Well the table across the way was a family with 2 children that were allowed to do a they pleased throughout their dinner. So, again not the place for a nice dinner for 2.

Awesome food and wonderful service! Family of 4, seated at the table just off the bar. The homemade bread was soft and flavorful. We ordered the pesto baked oysters, ribs, and tobacco flour breaded shrimp for appetizers. I had the jk special (filet and broiled shrimp), wife had the salmon, and both boys had aged rib eye. All of the dishes were amazing. Listened to some Les Zeppelin and Rolling Stones while eating- pleasant atmosphere and our server was incredible!
We were seated immediately, but lined up 10 minutes before they opened.
