  Terrible experience at this location trying to rectify missing items in an order. I ordered delivery Sat night and received my order missing three items paid for. The order said bag 1 of 2 but I only received one bag. The delivery driver said that’s all they were given. I tried to call the store but the number is disconnected and unavailable. I have since found out they have IT issues with their phones so you just can’t call them. I filed an online complaint through wingstop corporate since I couldn’t call the store. It’s been 4 days and still no response. I drove to the store yesterday to try and get a refund. There was only one employee there. She was kind and offered insight into the phone issue, but could not help me. She took my contact information and photos of my order for her manager and district manager. I have yet to hear anything from them. I’d love to get this resolved but it’s proven impossible to speak with anyone. How is it customer service to have $15 of missing items in a $70+ order, and then provide zero avenue to resolve the issue? Terrible service, and I would not recommend ordering or dining at this location. Edit: I see I got a generic response from Wingstop. It doesn’t appear they care enough to read feedback, as I already stated in the review that I had filled out the contact us form on their corporate website.

  They made me wait for my order even though it was already ready and sitting getting cold. Then when I came home and opened my bag. 5 wings were missing. Then I tried to call the store but no one would answer.

  I ordered online. I went in when my order said ready and they told me it would 15 minutes. After 15 minutes passed, they said it'll be another 15 minutes. The food tasted old ans dried out. It was overpriced and awful.

  This is my second time Ubering from this location and both times my order was messed up. The first time they didn't include my drink, not a huge deal, I didn't need the drink that bad. Then the second time they entirely left out my tenders for the tender combo, literally the main thing. Not to mention every time I've been in the workers are always extremely rude and dismissive.
