Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- AFAndrew Fallin3 days ago1.0Currently the only two people here, ordered food 15min ago. Still nothing..... When our food FINALLY comes out the honey butter chicken biscuit. Is just a single chicken finger on a biscuit. It's luke warm. The sausage taquito cheese isn't even melted. So only 2 people in the restaurant. Wait 20 minutes for terrible food. I SEE WHY THERE IS NOBODY HERE. Never again.
- SSSantos5 days ago4.0I was excited when this Whataburger opened because I’d had a great experience at one in Dallas, Texas, and was looking forward to having one nearby. The fact that it’s open 24 hours is also a big plus, especially after getting off work late when many other restaurants are closed. Overall, I’ve had good experiences at this location. The food has been prepared well and has met my expectations for Whataburger. The only recurring issue I’ve noticed is with drink sizes. When ordering a large combo drink, I’ve occasionally been given a medium instead, so it’s worth double-checking your order before leaving. Aside from that, this location has been solid. While I wish Whataburger’s menu offered a bit more variety, that’s more of a chain-wide observation than an issue with this restaurant. Overall, it’s a good place to grab a meal and a nice addition to the area.

It’s one of those places that is always good, always happy to see you, always happy to help make the experience and food better. I will never not go to a Whataburger. This place is just another great example of what makes Whataburger a better option for a great burger and fries.

Gave me a sloppy burger too heavy on the ketchup. i was there at 11:57pm on June 24th ,2026. The worst experience I ever had to deal with. My order number was 548997.

We are so glad we did because everything was TOP NOTCH from the moment we stepped inside. Tesha R. Took our orders and took amazing care of us and just made our evening such an enjoyable one. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Operating Partner Jeff H. was onsite and gave us an amazing dining experience as well, talked with us about our trip and made us feel really welcomed. If you're ever in the area this is a GREAT spot to stop and have a bite to eat. We will be back for sure.
