  Ive come here at 3am, 4am, and 5am. EVERY SINGLE TIME they have me pull into the parking lot and wait 10-20 minutes for ONE combo with literally no one behind me in the line. How is everyone not fired at this point? Management obviously needs to be replaced. How is any fastfood place this slow? At this point just go to a 24 hr diner. Ypull get better service, hot food, and wait less time somehow... Absolutely baffling how a diner can bring me food faster than this failure of a place. oh by the way 25 minutes was how long ive waited before at this location but they get you to pull around so the other management cant see how lazy these staff is.

  ⭐ 1 Star — Waste of Money! I spent over $20 on two meals at Whataburger, and all of our food was so salty we couldn't even eat it! Unfortunately, we were already home when we realized how bad it was, and it was too far to drive back. Very disappointing to spend that much money on food that was practically inedible. Definitely a waste of money!

  Just had the worst breakfast experience at a fast food restaurant. When we pulled up there was NO one in the restaurant. (Should have been our first clue). There was no ice in the drink machine. There was no coffee. Took us forever to get our food. When the food arrived it was absolutely terrible. Greasy. the biscuit was so salty it couldn't be ate. The coffee finally came and it was so bitter it had to br thrown away. All of this transpired and there was no customers in the restaurant! Do better. This is uncalled for!

  The restrooms need a little touch up but it wasn't bad at all!!! I've seen worse and what I was most highly impressed by was the dining room is also open 24 hours for dining in and utilization. Awesome!!! But my fries were a little cold but I ate them with the Whatasauce anyways!!! The service was friendly!! The person in Drive through brought my drink out before the food which was a nice touch....

  who ever the young man working Wednesday night Thursday morning drive thru at 1am 9/17 was very polite , had great customer service, and got the order right snd even put ketchup in the bag without asking. It’s so rare these days to get great customer service from anywhere, especially from fast food. Give that guy a raise! Sorry I didn’t catch his name, and it wasn’t on the bag.
