  We get drive-thru at 1-3am once or twice a week. Abigail and Josh are always a ray of sunshine, and the rest of the night crew are lovely too. The food is always good and quick. Would definitely recommend here for your midnight cravings!

  I have never had any bad experience with this location or any item that I have ordered. We have order dine in, to go and been thru the drive thru. I will continue to visit this location and will continue to refer my friends and family to also visit…

  Excellent food and service! The employees were very friendly and seemed like they wanted to be there. My order came out quickly and was hot and fresh. While they forgot part of my order, they were very apologetic when I went back in and gave me a free cookie for my trouble. I will definitely eat at this location again in the future.

  Pulled into Whataburger in Kernersville at 11 PM expecting the usual late-night roulette—meh service, tired staff, and regret. Instead? Friendly cashiers, good energy, and food that actually smelled and tasted fresh. Like… someone still cared back there. And yes, the milkshake machine worked. Jokes aside, getting consistent service that late is rare.

  I consistently receive excellent service at the Whataburger in Kernersville. I'm a picky eater and my orders are prepared correctly, my food is always served hot and fresh, and the overall experience is dependable in a way that is becoming increasingly rare. The dining area is kept clean and well maintained, and the team does a great job keeping things organized even during busy periods. Service is friendly without feeling forced, and the ordering process is smooth and efficient. I often get the feeling that I'm in a casual-dining restaurant and not a fast-food restaurant. It is clear that this restaurant is well-managed and that the staff understands the importance of consistency and attention to detail. Reliability matters, and this Whataburger has proven to be one of the more dependable restaurants in the area.
