  9/12 5:55 - I just finished my food and it was the BEST food I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. The guy at the speaker was very polite. The food was fresh and DELICIOUS. I ordered the supreme lux box. The cinnamon twist were such a nice treat to end the meal. Shout out to whoever made them! 10/10 would recommend.

  Went to the drive thru at 931pm trying to figure what we wanted and discovered that they had changed a menu item. So the boy that was on the speaker ask me to drive around because his timer needed to be reset. I was ready to order and he said he wouldn’t take my order unless I drive around. Mind you know one was in line behind me. Any experience after 8pm at the location is horrible

  It’s a shame how bad this place has become. Half the time, something is incorrect or left off the order. When you get a taco, it’s basically empty. The chicken they have been pushing is burnt and hard as a rock. Basically inedible. Luckily, there is now a better option right across the road. For the love of God, go to Del Taco instead!

  Me and my partner have been coming to this location a few times a month since this location opened, and over the course of the past 6 months or so the quality of this so called restaurant has been declining substantially. Today when we came here, it was around 2:30 in the afternoon, a time thats usually pretty calm and low stress for service employees, we were greeted with a nasty attitude and disrespect from the order taker, which this is not the first occasion something like this has happened, but we go through the process of placing our order and get told to pull to the window. As we do, the cashier opens the window mid sentence with one of her coworkers and says loud enough for both me and my partner to hear "shut up. That'll be (our total)." So we pay, wait a reasonable amount of time for the order, receive our food, and pull off. Once we get back, we eat our food. Now we don't usually order anything too convoluted, just normal menu items. I get a steak grilled cheese burrito, and let me tell you, dear reader, that this was one of the worst burritos I've ever eaten from any restaurant, including taco bell. The tortilla tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 45 minutes, there was hardly any meat (which yeah that i get), there were so many fiesta strips on it that it was completely ruined by not only the sheer volume of them but they tasted like they had been left on the top of the hot well, uncovered, for 3 days. My partner, who also got one of the steak grilled cheese burritos, was equally disappointed with the quality of that one. Now, to elaborate on the service over the past few months, every time we've gone through the drive thru, we've hade all but 30 seconds before the order taker and other members of the staff start verbally harassing us to place our order because they were worried about the time per customer. Now I understand wanting to have the "fast" in fast food, but there's a point where it becomes excessive and you just want to read the menu and order, and this happened on every occasion that we've been to this location for the past six months. In summary, not only has the service at this store been severely lacking and in dire need of reassessment and correction, but the quality of food here, even by the standards of taco bell food and fast food in general has been not only subpar, but near inedible and leaving the consumer wanting for food someone actually took the time and Care to prepare, by someone who not only cares about their jobs, but has the capacity and wherewithal to competently and confidently serve actual food that real people are going to want to eat. Take the extra 5 minutes in your car and go to the location on south main street in Kernersville, because this store isn't worth the ground it was built on.
