  Very frustrating I order a hamburger and an ocean water, pretty simple order. I got home and it was a chicken sandwich. They managed to screw up a simple order.

  I paid for my order, tipped $5 cash, and 30 minutes later my order still wasn't ready. 8 or 9 other groups ordered and received their food as I sat there. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 3-5 business days to refund me. Absolutely unacceptable.

  It was great experience again. I like going here and the service is great. They bring it right to you and are very polite and well mannered.

  I had sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes and no one took my order ! Then noticed when leaving all of the workers sitting outside with their headsets (and I pushed the red button )

  Didn't know footlong chili cheese fries were even on the menu. Ordered 2 footlong coney's and got home to instead of a hotdog they filled 2 footlong containers full of fries.....
