I placed a mobile order at 4:57 PM and waited over 30 minutes in my car, but I never received my order. I ordered three ice cream items and was fully charged, yet no one ever brought my food. I asked employees multiple times for help, but I was completely ignored and left waiting without any explanation or solution. In the end, I had to leave without my order and without a refund. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Charging customers without delivering their order is not just poor service — it’s unacceptable business practice. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Management seriously needs to address the lack of customer service and accountability.
