Remember your own commercial quote, "Everybody's got choices". Mine is not to return to this location. Nasty floors, no clean indoor table (had to eat outside), trashcans overflowing onto the floor, no napkins, no forks. When I ask the woman at the register for napkins, she rolled her eyes. When trying to tell the guy what I wanted in my bowl, I had to wait until he was finished with his conversation with his coworker. Every bit of this is a poor management issue.

I ordered on the app for pick up. When I got to the store, it looked like a tornado had come through. I couldn’t believe how messy - there was food everywhere on the counter where they assemble the food. They weren’t crowded, so maybe they had just finished with a rush(?) When I got home with the three bowls I ordered, I was astonished at how little protein was in the bowls. Specifically the two chicken bowls - I think there was maybe a quarter of a cup of chicken or less per bowl. One of them had been ordered with sour cream and it wasn’t on there. It was so disappointing overall being how expensive everything is; I won’t be going back.

Female Server was rude and acted exasperated that I took two seconds to make my choices, then gave me wrong selection and acted like she thought it was my fault. She was speaking with another employee and wasn’t concentrating on what went in my order. This is the first Chipotle that I’ve had such a poor experience with. Don’t know that I’ll go back to this one. Just no time for such a rude person.

We got chipotle for dinner tonight and now I regret it. The service I got was EXTREMELY rude. From getting beans on my bowl that I didn’t ask for and then they get mad when I told them I didn’t ask for beans, to getting my bag almost pushed off the counter at me from the cashier. Also, getting asked “what do you want” instead of “how can I help you.” Very disappointed. My steak was too spicy and CHEWY. Felt like I was eating rubber. I definitely will NOT be back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to—and it’s not even close.
I’m a loyal customer who eats Chipotle multiple times a week, and this location has been a complete disaster for the past two months. Every single visit is something new: they’re always out of basic ingredients, the food quality is terrible, and somehow even the flavors are off. It’s honestly impressive how consistently bad it is.
The staff makes it even worse. The attitude across the board is rude, dismissive, and borderline hostile as if the customers are a burden instead of the reason they’re there. There’s zero sense of urgency, zero care, and absolutely no accountability.
And the store itself? Almost always dirty. For the prices they charge, the lack of cleanliness and overall effort is unacceptable.
At this point, it feels like you’re paying premium prices for a subpar, frustrating experience.
