  the workers there were VERY rude! i ordered my husband a steak bowl she slapped one tiny scoop of rice and like 5 pieces of steak for a large, i kindly said i paid for a large there’s barely anything in the bowl, so she goes and slaps one more scoop of rice onto it, didnt say a work to me, i then asked for queso and she threw the chips in a bag and threw them at me ! horrible customer service

  I don't go often but decided to tonight. They were out of chicken and steak. The last time I went they were out of white rice and vinaigrette dressing. You look forward to something and disappointment abounds at this location. Do better Chipotle Kernersville.

  I’m a longtime customer and a regular at this location only because I work close by, but the quality of the food is very inconsistent. Definitely hit or miss. Whether the chips are stale and chewy (the last order I got, I could literally bend them in half), the meat is charred beyond recognition, or there’s another quality issue like a bone in the chicken, or wilted, browning lettuce, there’s almost always something wrong. Staff also tend to treat you like an inconvenience and will work extremely quickly to throw your order together (even if the restaurant is empty) and almost always leave food residues on the packaging or put dripping containers into the bag. Overall, I return on hopes alone that the kitchen is having a good day and because the restaurant is conveniently located. But if you’re wanting guaranteed quality and don’t want to have to tweak your regular order to account for poor ingredient quality, I’d recommend a different store.

  can y’all make sure your employees know how to wrap burritos and if they don’t, teach them. moneys too tight nowadays to pay $20 for two bricks. like seriously all the filling was in the center and wrapped like it was a pastry or something. i’ve been there before so i know my burrito wasn’t supposed to look like this. whoever she is- train her. this place is by my job so imagine my sheer disappointment getting all the way back to BURLINGTON to see T H A T
