  Chicken bites were good but the French fries were like a soggy noodle. Took them back and still got old one's but better than the first ones. Also WTH is it with these young people being on their phones while trying to take orders?

  I got the 2 piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes. The chicken was so over done that it was tiny and hard. The biscuit, oh wait, I DIDN'T GET THE BISCUIT. Neither of us had a biscuit. And the extra side we ordered wasn't in the box either. How do you forget the biscuit!? My mashed potatoes had cherry jam mixed in. YUM. All of it was either missing or Disgusting! I took pictures I'll post, my mashed potato cherry jubilee! The picture is actually 2 pieces of chicken. Tiny. Not edible!

  Several table's dirty At 6am in The morning. Had not been cleaned The night before. Have seen this on several early morning visits. Could use a good wipe down.

  Ordered online at around 8:50 pm the app said it would be ready at 9:10 pm. The lobby was locked so had to wait in the drive thru which was packed. Then a worker said that they had no dark meat and that we couldn’t cancel our order. They had us pull into a parking spot and ignored us. They closed and didn’t give us our food. So they wasted an hour of our time gave terrible customer service and kept my money while not giving me anything. This is a terrible first impression. I will not be back here.

  I went by yesterday around 5:15 through the drive thru which ended up being a huge mistake. The guy in front of me tried to order and Ai could not understand him and the special he was trying to order so an employee had to step in that took 5 min. Then my turn came Ai took my order the guy in front had to wait 15 min to get his order and it took another 5 min till I got to the window . By this time I did not want anything from them . I just drove off. There is no excuse for this bad management. My daughter went last week and had to leave the drive thru cause no one would take her oder. When she went inside employees were just standing around smh. My boyfriend had the same experience 3 weeks ago. I'll never go here again. I don't have time to waste !
