- ZAZ AMay 1, 20262.0This bojangles is clean and the staff are nice. The biggest issue with this location is the wait times. I come here often and it seems like no matter what time of day it is my wait is 15-30 mins. This particular evening I was pulled to the first parking spot and sat over 20 mins. After waiting at the window itself for 10 mins. Of course we had already paid when they told us they didn’t have the sides we ordered and that we were being pulled.

Inability to substitute items, Sweet Tea for anything else??? Poor facility Management, Twenty minute wait for a "To Go Order"! Oh, and there was No Line!?!? I think I understand why the place was empty at 5:30PM on a Thursday. Also,No dipping sauce, ya, No Bo Sauce at Bojangles!!! LOL Just go next door to Chic-Fil-A and enjoy your evening...
