    This is the worst excuse for a restaurant there is.....The need to get a new general manager because obviously Marcus and his team can't do their jobs....I mean you can go in when they are not busy and still wait over 25+ minutes for your food ......this staff is very rude and unhelpful

    People working here dont listen and ignore you. Go through the AI drive through with a broken screen that does not update what you are ordering. I pull through, ask for extra sauce, get charged for it, and given no sauce. I go inside to talk, ignored for 5 mins, looked at by all the workers, one just standing there like deer in headlights. Eventually one comes up, explain and immediately get eyes rolled at me. I ask if I can get a receipt, "oh thats impossible." Seriously just shut this place down or rehire a new staff. Forgot to mention, two chicken finger combos cost over $20 now for absolute shit service.

    If your going to have an automated system to order and it is not repeating order or showing on screen when we get to the window to double check order there should be no attitude. Especially when it was wrong and took 2 employees to comprehend the issue. Girl at window was rude and shouldn’t be where she can speak with the public.

    If you are traveling down I-40 and get a sudden craving for a Cajun Filet Biscuit, do yourself a massive favor: lock your doors, step on the gas, and blast right past the Union Cross Road Bojangles in Kernersville. Calling this place a "fast food restaurant" is an insult to both speed and food.Let’s start with the drive-thru, which functions less like a quick service lane and more like a vehicular hostage situation. You will pull into the line, full of hope, only to sit there trapped between other miserable drivers while the minutes tick away. People literally abandon their orders and pull out of line in pure rage. When you finally make it to the speaker window—assuming they haven't completely run out of chicken at peak lunchtime—you’ll be greeted by an automated AI ordering system that is an absolute joke, or a staff member whose utter dismissal makes you feel like your order is deeply inconveniencing their day.And then there's the "food." If you manage to survive the 30-minute wait, what you receive will look like it was prepared with active hatred.The Biscuits: Bojangles’ claim to fame is supposed to be legendary biscuits. The ones here are so crumbly, dry, and hard that they pose an actual choking hazard.The Chicken: You might get lucky and get lukewarm, dried-out meat that’s been dying under a heat lamp for hours, or you might end up with thin, dry, rubbery Supremes.The Fries: Salted by what appears to be every single member of the evening shift simultaneously. It’s a mountain of pure sodium over cold, soggy potatoes.To wrap up the circus, check your bag before you drive off, because your order will be wrong. They will routinely leave out the dipping sauces, hand you the wrong drink, or completely forget half your meal. Trying to call back to get a manager to fix it just routes you to a dead voicemail box.Bojangles corporate needs to clear house or shut this location down permanently. Save your time, your money, and your sanity—go somewhere else.

    I stopped here out of my way to get Bojangles fries specifically! I had already got my main entre elsewhere but wanted my fries from here! I always get a medium and extra seasoning. I typically do not eat the ones that have zero seasoning so it is like I am eating a small. However lately I havent been getting what I would consider an actual Medium Fry nor does it have much seasoning. The bag felt light when the woman handed it to me, but I had my pup with me and she was being so sweet with her I just let it go and went on. Then I looked into the bag and its barely even filled up halfway. I could barely taste any seasoning, So I know there wasn't EXTRA seasoning like I requested and like my receipt said. And the last time I came, they were busy as I expected but I got a large and I waited a long while and my fries were cold and hard. I dont get it. When someone specifically gets fries, they got them THERE for a reason! You should make sure it is accurate and fresh! Especially given the amount of time I had waited. And what am I gonna do, get some and come back and waste more gas to look like a mean or disgruntled customer?! Their restaurant grade used to be low and yes now it is a 93 something, but they are inconsistent on food quality. And honestly it isnt just this location, it is most of them in general and I think it has a lot to do with the AI ordering lady, you dont talk to an actual person, I do know from previous mishaps at a Bojangles in Midway that they listen in on the ordering process, but you still just never know. And they are just there to not waste and fill orders. But not filling the order at least accurately is a representation on those who are preparing the food for others not the ones who send it out the window. I believe they should check it to make sure it is accurate and if it is something they would be satisfied with but honestly that check point gets overlooked for speed of service.
