    Bad drive through experience: immediately rushed to take the order, bad attitude with harsh tone of voice. Asked us to pull forward but without specific explanation. Long wait time. No receipt given. She handed over the bags of food without one single word. Poor customer service. Nonverbal communication was terrible. Something had her upset and therefore spilled over to us. Needs training on handling conflict and basic customer service skills, especially dealing with the public. My young child said she was mean. We'll avoid this location and the attitudes for now.

    I ordered the French dip Sandwich was small not much meat on it also got the orange cream shake its wasn't full. Not impressed

    I LOVE this Arby's! It's TOTALLY worth the time! They ALWAYS make everything FRESH, to order, and they ALWAYS have something NEW and TANTALIZING, on the menu! Of course, I HAVE to get my old fave for dessert, the ICED CHERRY TURNOVER!! 🍒 😋 The Cheesesteak with the EXTRA STEAK, is the BOMB! 💣
