Went through the drive thru and my husband ordered a #1 Half pound roast beef combo. The order taker said "Anything else, baby?" Then I, his wife, ordered the double roast beef combo. When we got home we had a beef and cheddar combo and a classic roast beef combo. No Arby' sauce in the bag either. We live too far away to return to the store today. Tried to call and a message said the location couldn't answer the phone, and to try later. Customers pay for service and an accurate order. This is unacceptable.
No towels n bathroom, no condiment cup for sauce ,no horsey sauce ,1 girl was super nice ,girl working drive thru window ,Rude ,unhappy ,after asking her for sauce ,she left counter never got the sauce, like she needs to stay home n her house,Not subject people to unhappy,Rude,total disregard for even human decency!!!!! So save ur time & $$ Eat elsewhere

We ordered a beef and cheddar meal and an extra order of curly fries. What we got 1 sloppy cold sandwich and 1order cold hard fries and a drink. My sister took one bite of the sandwich and spit it out. We threw it out I tried the fries cold and hard. This was at 2:30pm on a Saturday. The only thing that was good was the drink. Traffic was so busy we just went home. I tried to call the manager but for over 2 hours no answer. I tried to find any sort of contact information nothing for regional office.
I love Arby's but I will not be going back to this location.

Would be no stars if possible. They need to just shut this place down if it can’t be ran. I stood and waited at the counter for more than 5 minutes with my four year old, nobody even came over to say we will be right with you or anything. Manager even looked at us at least four times. They just kept taking care of the drive thru. Eventually someone comes over and doesn’t even look up at us, just says what do you want. Spoke to the manager, she’s a child with no concern about how long we waited or that his behavior after the wait was upsetting. Didn’t offer anything to help fix the situation. Nope, not getting my money if you can’t even look at me after making us wait and are so unprofessional. In the time it took me to write this, we ordered and received food from a different establishment.
Last 3 times of going to Arby’s in Kernersville NC I’ve ordered reg roast beef with fries! All 3 times they seem to have a shortage of Arbys sauce but yet they don’t tell you until after you pay for order at Drive thru. That’s insane and unacceptable! How the heck can there be a shortage of Arby’s sauce! Your name is right on the pack 🤦♂️. I can understand if there was a shortage of beef; but sauce? Roast beef is no good without the sauce. At least be courteous enough to put it on the sign at the drive thru so customers know and won’t order roast beef! Of course that would be too easy!
