  I just left this place a few minutes ago. If I could give them negative stars, I would. To say that the staff is incompetent is being nice. I ordered my food, paid for my order, and stood to the side to wait for my order. 15 minutes later, the cashier looks at me and says "I think we forgot to put your order in the oven". THINK is the operative word, because the fact is she knew that they had forgotten to put it in. But she didn't even apologize or have any empathy for their mistake. Needless to say, I asked for a refund. The manager comes, sees me upset, and still does not offer any type of compassion or apology for their mistake. Then when I said wow, no apology, not even from a manager, Michael, the manager still did not offer any type of apology. Another manager came to help him, and still, no apology. No customer service skills from anyone that I encountered in there today. This is what happens when you put incompetence on the front Iines. That is the first rule of customer service, if you make a mistake, you apologize and offer a solution to fix it, or ask the customer how they need for you to fix it. Just because it's a truck stop doesn't mean that you should not do your job properly. Take pride in how you do your job, treat all your customers well, and treat your customers the way you would want someone to treat you if you were on the other side of that counter because you never know who you are serving. I could have been a secret shopper for all you knew and if i were, you would have failed. Now I have to travel for another 6 hours hungry and upset because not only did I waste all my time waiting on food that didn't get made when it was supposed to be, but also experienced the worst service (not customer service) that any traveler could experience. Please do better in the future.

  The two women who had taken my order wore amazing. I have been craving Pizza Hut breadsticks for weeks now. Finally found a Pizza Hut at a truck stop that has them. They wore made the way I liked them too. I will be going back for the pizza there. They wore friendly and nice. They even had taken my order 7 minutes before they fully opened. I didn’t mind waiting. Thank you!!!
