  Though I havent had an issue with the staff they have always been nice, the produce department seems to struggle. There's been multiple times now this summer I have found mold growing on produce there multiple times, even as far as showing it to an employee so they could get the produce off the shelf but see the same produce there a few days to a week later. The produce department is also always low stock on several things. They have mostly self checkout which is fine except they are all the smaller self checkouts so if you have a full cart of groceries it takes a good while because you have to shuffle around your bags with whats still in your cart. They have maybe 1-2 regular check out lines at any time but the signs say they are only 12 items or less so again not meant for a full grocery cart.

  They don't seem to like opening actual cash registers with actual cashiers running them before 10 in the morning. I was just forced to go thru self checkout with $99.45 worth of groceries. Then the bullcrap AI camera they have over the check out says that I didn't ring up a bottle of juice that I clearly rang up. Had to get help to unlock the freaking register. It was evident on the camera that I rang it up. The same damned camera that said I didn't. First off I shouldn't have had to be ringing up almost $100 worth of groceries. It's almost 20 miles to another Food Lion so I was stuck. Next if you're gonna force customers into this bullcrap accusing them of stealing when they aren't isn't the way to keep customers coming back. Actual customer service is the way to keep customers coming back. I've been using this Food Lion for 15 years and never had no crap like this happen. Open some damn registers!!!
