  I was a BWW guy for the longest.. this location made me a true Wingstop fan. I've had bad experiences in the passed at different locations but Roxie street Kannapolis, NC is Elite. The new glazed lemon pepper fire!!

  There is a bad sewage smell in the restaurant. It is especially bad the closer you move to the soda machine. I do not recommend eating here for safety reasons until the issue is corrected. I also contacted the local health inspector. I wonder if anything is being done because two weeks ago someone wrote in their review that they contact the health inspector. Service is also horrible and slow. I don’t understand how the young gentleman at the front has a job. I have complained on him before, he goes from taking orders at the front to helping pack food all without washing his hands. That in itself is reason enough to not return this location. I have also already contacted management but I haven’t heard back yet and it’s been since Friday of last week.

  So, I'm not someone who leaves negative reviews often, this needs to be addressed. I placed an order for only 10 wings an hour before they closed on doordash, at around 11pm. The "dasher" arrived shortly after and they messaged me saying "the wings are not ready yet." We waited a few minutes and the same person told me that WS apparently already made my order and that someone stole it and that's too bad because they're closed now and they're not remaking it. Tried calling. They were still open by their hours online. Refused to answer.

  My order was wrong when I asked the person who handed me my bag to fix it, because I asked for tenders instead of traditional wings the rude manager started yelling from the back about having to remake my order. At that point I just requested a refund. The manager rudely asked for my receipt and because I put the receipt on the counter and not in her hand she called the police on me and started yelling on the phone stating that she wanted me out of the store. I waited for the police to arrive, but still wasn’t given a refund and ended up having to leave with an incorrect order. I will never be patronizing this location again and I would very highly recommend no one else does either unless they get new management. Also the smell in the restaurant is HORRIBLE and I’ve contacted the local health inspector.

  Shoutout to the single employee running the entire operation during prime lunch on football Sunday. Management and Ownership should be ashamed and the employee was dealing with malfunctioning equipment as well, even though I had to wait about 20 extra minutes Food came out great and accurate.
