  So today I DoorDash I normally don’t DoorDash but I ordered a combo and a mini taco salad for mother we couldn’t go out today. My mother is home ridden and I worked and I didn’t wanna cook, but here I am cooking the first time it happened. I let it go mistakes happen Today I called up there thinking OK you got a new person in the kitchen. Maybe you need to explain to them how to make this again so the mini taco salad is supposed to come with meat beans, lettuce, tomato cheese, and sauce. I ordered with no beans when the manager got on the phone, I said I have no cheese no tomatoes all I’ve got a bunch of lettuce she says, but you order no beans and it makes it look small. I said I have no cheese. I have no tomatoes I have no sauce. She got so rude and nasty with me. It was unreal @ that point I was mad. Did I go on to look at mother’s box no cinnamon twist and that’s what she eats first her taco had no lettuce on it. The food look like it been laying there all day. I’m not even gonna feed it to my dog. That’s how bad it looked, but I took it up on myself to call corporate because of the attitude I got from management. She sounded a little young like they all in their playing. You could hear everybody in their laughing and carrying on no so I spent $37 for food. I won’t even eat and I ordered through DoorDash so of course they will get refunded to DoorDash then I have to fight them for it. Unbelievable so if you really want a good Taco Bell, it is worth the drive to Richfield just so happen. I didn’t leave Albemarle today and that’s where I normally stop and when I get a taco salad from there spectacular no words can describe how fresh it is how good it looks even with their boxes. They do not miss a beat out there. Let me tell you and they’re nice most important thing if I wish to take this food back today, which was not even an option offered to meand that little girl the attitude, she coped with me on the phone, honey. I got more years behind me than I do in front of me. Let me tell you I will be calling the store manager tomorrow and I will be asking for the number over him because I’m a little bit upset about the food, but I’m more upset about the attitude that comes from that manager if I wanted to bring it back not that that was an option I couldn’t anyways that’s why I DoorDash. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  WATCH OUT ~ 10:15 pm, Monday April 6th 2026, without a doubt just caught the young black girl in the drive thru with patches on her hat trying to overcharge me and pocket the cash

  Bad customer service bad higiene. General manager very disrespectful and unprofessional dont recommend also always get my orders wrong they dont wash there hands or use gloves 🤢🤢

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was not greeted and the entire ordering process felt rushed. I even specifically asked the employee to repeat my order back to me to avoid any problems, and when she did, she mumbled so poorly it was basically gibberish I couldn’t even understand what she was saying. I wasn’t told my total before being asked to pay, and to make matters worse, my order was wrong. I called to file a complaint and spoke with the general manager, whose professionalism was just as poor. He refused to provide his name, although the receipt lists it as Issac. When I explained that I’m a frequent customer since this location is right down the street, his response was, “So why do you keep coming?” which was incredibly rude and dismissive. With attitudes like this, I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.
