- SBSleepless in BooklandJun 13, 20261.0Made order wrong a few months ago but they quickly took care of it, then gave us credit on our # according to the manager then. We came tonight and I just asked if the credit was on there and how much it would credit us towards our order ... it was not credited. No biggie, we paid and it was made perfectly... thank you. But as I came back to ask for plates some overweight lady with heavy make up that reminded me of a circus get up (gm? Dunno). Was there laughing saying "oh NOW she wants free plates too. In the parking lot, revealed we are always there asking for free pizza. We haven't been since October (we are visiting friends and family when we are able), and we do not even live nearby.... asking if our credit is there to use, per manager in October, is not asking for free pizza. Its asking for what was told to us and how much it might offset their promised remedy to their making our pizza wrong. Add to it ALL THESE REVIEWS of people in our same boat but we trusted it was a situation remedied.... it wasnt and thats absolutely fine. There are better pizza places who dont mi d MAKING CORRECT PIZZA ORDERS without insulting the guest.
