- AMAva Max3 days ago5.0This is genuinely the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh, hot, and made right every time. You can tell the employees actually care about the customers and the quality of the food. Even when they’re busy, they stay kind and professional. It’s rare to find a fast food place this consistent, but this location never disappoints!

I went through the drive-thru, and the order taker was incredibly rude from the start—cutting me off and acting impatient while I was trying to order. When I got my food and drove off, I realized they completely forgot my French fries. It’s disappointing to deal with poor customer service and then also have your order messed up. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect from a quick and simple stop.

When I finally got my order, it was wrong and the food was barely warm. The fries were stale, and the burger looked like it had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem very attentive or interested in helping fix the issue. I had to go back to the counter and wait again just to get the correct order, and even then it still wasn’t right. The dining area also wasn’t very clean, with tables left dirty and trash not being cleared regularly. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location unless things improve significantly.
