They refuse to fix pricing issues in their system!!!! This is hands down THE WORST Food Lion you will ever have the unfortunate experience of shopping at!! They simply DO NOT CARE if you are overcharged, and they refuse to fix the issue with their self checkout where you can't actually see your MVP discounts apply until the very end of the process. Other Food Lions have addressed this and they properly display the final price you will pay BEFORE the final step, but this Food Lion is apparently run by completely inept and uncaring employees. I have even reached out to Food Lion corporate about this particular store and at least through them, I learned a nice little hack that I will deploy the next time this Godforsaken establishment overcharges me - if you search through Food Lion's policies online, you'll find that if you are asked to pay more than what is displayed on the shelf, you will receive that item FOR FREE. So if I find myself in this place again, guess who is getting several items for free....

I had the pleasure of meeting Teresa today. She answered my questions and helped me get the best deals, all while ringing up my items at the register. I was a bit distracted, but her calm, friendly, helpful demeanor made it one of the best visits I've ever had at any Food Lion. I will return to this location specifically because of the impression she made!
