  The girl working decided under her own accord to close the store . When asked how long they would closed , she proceeded to say as long it takes . Will not be back .

  Great staff! Disappointed no chocolate frosted so got a bagel with BEC. Equally disappointing. Bagel was toasted and not a fan of that. Very dry. Then dude who can't read is blocking exit. DRIVE AROUND. not that hard. Selfish.

  Rude in the morning!!!! 1st off I understand breakfast time is the busiest time however when placing an order please have a customer friendly person at drive thru mic. Not one whos attitude comes thru yelling and rude thats not how we need to start off a morning. And why would you want your business represented like that? I ordered 2 lg iced coffees and 2 food items but when I get to window to pay the rude order taker left off 1 coffee so I asked for them to get me one! I was rudely told to circle around and order again by the little girl on the Micophone. Mind you the line is all the way around the building at this time,plus ive waiting my turn! So i told the boy in training ( no one was training, left alone to figure it out alone) that i wasnt moving, and it wasnt my mistake the coffee got left out and im not waiting in line again! Finally after another 8 times went by i got my full order! Of course food was already getting cold waiting at window so long.. Workers are slow and rude.. train them better!! Also we're are the dunkin shirts they all look like they wear whatever need to maintain a clean safe environment for customers and other employees that are doing the right thing.. Look into your store!!! Rude behavior is not necessary 😒

  Went there at 6pm 04/14 a hispanic teen was EXTREMELY rude and didnt speak right towards MULTIPLE customers

  This past Saturday we ordered some fabulous DD coffee and a SE&C croissant and 2 Boston cream donuts. When the food arrived the croissant and donuts were tossed in brown paper bags without any wrappers or protective papers on the donuts. Why don't people take pride in customer service positions anymore? Don't they know treating customers and their food properly will kerp customers? I can't say anything about the atmosphere, but since there's a video, I gave it a 4, but as far as our food was packaged, if I fould give a 0, I would.
