- BBBambiJun 30, 20265.0I’ll go out of my way to come to this Dunkin. The employees are so welcoming and professional. There is an issue though - I use the app and I’ve noticed all other Dunkin’s I have used have a tipping option at the bottom. This location doesn’t have that option. Please let corporate know about this defect in the app. These workers are missing out on tips they deserve. If this can be changed in the app I would appreciate it.

My order was delivered to me with my munchkins placed directly inside a paper bag with no wrapper, container, or protective packaging whatsoever. I find this completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Food should never be placed loose inside a bag that has been handled by multiple people and could have come into contact with various surfaces during preparation, pickup, and delivery. It is disturbing that employees believed this was an acceptable way to package and serve a food item. This falls well below basic food safety and sanitation standards. I expect much better from Dunkin’. This experience has made me question the food handling practices at this location. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that the employees receive additional training on proper food packaging and sanitation to prevent this from happening to other customers.
