  It was a bad experience today 06/27/2026 at 6:30 pm. Bad customer service staff specially the first guy with the breading hair, I felt like I begged him to give me a food as a grant . I had bowl with four chicken pieces , I ask him to give me a new rice, he reacted like pissed off.

  my bowls had uncooked rice and RAW chicken in both! the chips were beyond stale! i called 3 times to let someone know and each time nobody answered. i’m beyond upset with this experience.

  Service was good. Atmosphere was good. But the food was way too salty. I like salty but this was over the top. Meat was too salty. Beans were too salty. Even the tortillas chips were over salted UPDATE - Lowering this to a 1-star due to the pathetic response. The link in their response just takes you to a common web page of FAQs, etc. So am I expected to start over with the review that I have already given?

  walked in at approx. 9:50 pm... store closes at 11pm.. nobody acknowledged me standing at the counter. I asked were you open and if not it was ok i would leave , no problem. The lady said yes they were open.. it still took a few more minutes for someone to take my order . The person that came showed a bad attitude as if i was a problem to him. Mind you if i come in an hour before closing i expect to be treated the same as the person having lunch at noon or the person having dinner at 6. The man that helped me was mopping had nitrile gloves on never took them off . He just put over the plastic serving gloves .. Anyway he was really rude at helping me choose what i wanted on the burrito. I asked what was the difference between to 2 containers of rice.. His reply was just color, but i could see there was something different in them. I chose to get no rice... he continued to make the burrito by just throwing the selections i made onto the tortilla.. I asked for chips and queso. made the payment and asked where the queso was and the cashier stated it would cost more i said ok.. He then asked the guy that made the burrito for it and when the man rolled his eyes and snapped his head back i just said for get it and walked out... I will never go to this place again.... It seems to me that cleaning up for closing was more important than my business... BTW I was the only customer in the place.

  I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for a while, visiting at least once a week. Unfortunately, my experiences have become consistently frustrating. Despite paying for double protein and requesting extra rice, the portions are consistently smaller than expected. When I asked for an appropriate amount of protein today, the staff member was dismissive and unprofessional, mentioning the extra charge as if I hadn't already paid for the double portion. Additionally, the way the staff handles the bowls—often sliding them aggressively across the counter—is unprofessional. I hope management can address these concerns regarding portion consistency and customer service.
