  This was so disappointing I hated my experience here on top of getting no food at all the little food I did get grossed me out so much the best part about this experience was leaving the customer service was atrocious when I confronted them about the minuscule portions he mumbled under his breath and walked away the interior of the restaurant repugnant there was rust on the tables and crap on the floor and it was so bad I would rather eat on the dumpster outside than inside this restaurant I would never go here just go to qudoba literally anything is better

  i went to this chipotle twice in the same week ( decided to give it a second chance after the first mishap ) and i ordered the EXACT same order each time and they got it wrong in BOTH instances .. the night crew workers at this location are very slow , not only when you’re waiting almost an hour to get your food in the drive thru line , but also just following simple instructions for a mobile order . it is absolutely ridiculous and irritating to deal with receiving an incorrect order then horrible customer service on top of that . i went inside just to politely let them know that my bowl was wrong and all of the employees just looked at me like i was stupid then sloppily threw the ingredients i originally wanted in my bowl into the new one and pushed it towards me like i was inconveniencing them to do their own job . overall my experiences at this location have been more disappointing than satisfying and i HIGHLY recommend that anyone seeking a chipotle to order at to SKIP this place and find another location because it is more likely you’ll have a bad experience rather than a good one , so please save yourself the time .

  Leaving a one star review because this place was trash. There were so many workers yet none of them were able to attend to the chipotle lane. I was waiting in line for 45 mins just for my pick up order. Yet no apologies from the employees or anything. By the time I got my food and had look through the bag I realize how stingy and cheap these workers are. I paid $4 bucks for gauc and ended up with half little cup, that look like someone ate some. Such a disappointment, I couldn’t even go in to complain because I had three crying infant in my car with me. Please do better at your serving and hire better employees.

  La que me atendió fue muy grosera. En la salsa expuesta en el bufé había un chorrito de yogurt y le señalé que debía quitar eso de la salsa porque estaba contaminada o sea contaminación cruzada y se molestó y llamó a otra persona para que le atendiera . Fueron rudos y no les importa la calidad de la comida . Iba a quedarme ahí pero me llevé la comida . Pero no vuelvo más aquí

  I've been going to the OG Chipotle since 2000, growing up in Denver, CO, and I've loved it since the first time I tried it. But this experience has me considering never going to one again — because this isn't the only franchise that feels different, they all do. I'll start with the service, because with good service, most other things are excusable. I went into the store because the app was down and I couldn't order my food. When I tried to order my bowl and a quesadilla (since the app wouldn't let me), I was told I couldn't order a quesadilla in-store. I had my wife, kid, and baby waiting in the car, and my wife and kid share a quesadilla — not knowing the new version is nowhere near as good as the old, delicious ones. The staff was steadfast that because I couldn't order on the app, I couldn't order a quesadilla, but I could get a kids' quesadilla. By this point the line behind me was 20 people deep. They finally made me a quesadilla in the back — it was supposed to be chicken, but instead it was just unmelted cheese, and it was awful compared to the old version. I can't even describe the disappointment on my kid's face. Then we got home and tried the chips and guac. The chips were completely stale and inedible. For a brand that built its name on quality and consistency, this felt like neither. If a company can't get the basics right — fresh chips, a working menu item, a quesadilla that actually has chicken in it — no amount of nostalgia is going to keep me walking through the door.
