- CBCarson Bost1 day ago1.0Such a crappy store and I use crappy because I don’t know the exact word to describe how terrible this place is. I tried DoorDash from this location order put in at 8:17 and then order was finally cancelled at 9:25 because they sent four dashers and they were told they were still preparing the order. Well we never got it. The feedback I got from the last dasher was “did someone pick up the order and bring it to you before me?” The only thing I can think of is that it was close to closing (even though it was an hour and a half) and they just didn’t want to make it or something. Save your time, money, and calories. Bojangles is a failing business.

The staff is annoyed & bothered to be there; it’s written all over their faces. Slooooooooooow service & they forgot the cutlery in the to go box. My food was cold & the chicken was over cooked or had just been sitting under a heat lamp too long. Considering you can’t swing a dead cat w/out hitting a Bojangles around here - GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION..!
