This is the second time I’ve had an issue with her. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she became loud, disrespectful, and treated me like I didn’t matter as a customer. I will be following up with the area manager and requesting that the security cameras be reviewed so they can see exactly how this situation was handled. I hope appropriate action is taken because no customer should be treated this way. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend this location based on the poor customer service and management.
