  Half the stuff out and orders are wrong consistently. One person working hard trying clean the dining area while everyone else chatting with a guy leaned all over the counter where we have to get our food. It was pretty nasty.

  I would not give one star but had to me chicken nuggets where so hard and some where frozen and had really bad service had to ask for honey mustard sauce they really need to get good help and manger’s

  Went through the drive thru at about 12 noon today. This place was not busy at all. Ordered a number 1 Big Mac value meal. They were somehow out of regular coke. My fries were awful. They were soggy wet with grease and cold. Anyway I worked at a business close to this McDonald's from 2011thru 2017, and would eat at this McDonald's once or twice a month back then. It was always really good then. I just spoke to a friend of mine who lives over in that area, and he told me if I would have ask he would have recommended not going to that McDonald's ever. He said he does not know what changed, but that McDonald's has went down hill pretty bad the last few years.

  Stopped in for a quick apple pie and ice cream sundae. Waited 20 minutes, went to ask about food. Were told they were prioritizing drive thru customers. Waited a few minutes more, they brought us the wrong food. Finally asked for a refund and were told they couldn’t give us one. A lady was yelling in the back that she wasn’t doing a refund. Finally got a helpful gentleman who gave us our refund. Never again.
