- BKBrooke KrausSep 28, 20261.0Never walked into a food lion and didn't get a greeting, thank you, or even a single word from an employee. Horrible customer service by the dark haired woman running the front of the store. Very glad I'm just passing through and its not my hometown store!
- SSScott SprakerAug 31, 20262.0After the remodeling, the store went downhill. If I wanted self-checkout I would just go to Walmart. And the employees act irritated when you go through the regular cashier lines.
- MGMary GlancyAug 30, 20261.0Instead of remodeling your store you should remodel your front end employees and the older employees are setting bad examples for your new employees that’s it’s ok to treat people with disrespect. I guess food lion thinks it’s entitled to treat people any way they want since they are the only local grocery stores and not only is your bad so is yadkinville and Elkin but yours take the crown.
