  Really bad customer service today. I arrived 45 min after placing an order that was set to be ready in 15. I signed my receipt and stood there waiting for my food. No one brought out my food or gave me any update on when it would I be ready. I tried to flag down one lady who simply ignored me, picked up her phone and walked away. The hostess/server was running around super busy cleaning tables, getting drinks and checking out Togo orders. All while the other woman just sat there on her phone clearly seeing multiple people waiting for food and ignoring all of us. After 15 minutes, I and another guest waiting finally asked the hostess to check to warmer for our food as we could see it in there and NO ONE was grabbing it for us. At that time, the woman sitting around laughed at the hostess and said “you didn’t check the warmer? That’s the first place you should look”. Like HELLO! Could YOU not check the warmer?! It’s clear people are waiting for their food. The hostess is busy. YOU are on your phone. DO SOMETHING! Additionally, the server asked her at one point for an update on an order that has been waiting for 15 minutes at a table. She said she only just made it because she didn’t see it. Well maybe she didn’t see it because she WAS ON HER PHONE. I watched this same woman be condescending to other guests who entered and asked if Salad was available. Her response was a harsh tone “the salad bar has been out for over a month!” The guests responded that they aren’t from here and didn’t know that to which she didn’t reply. Those guests simply got up and left. I don’t blame them. She was condescending and rude to everyone there and it was honestly really disgusting to witness. Food aside, you don’t treat people that way. I tried to snag a photo but this is all I got. I assume management will be able to make out who this employee is. Good luck.

  Pizza was really good I ordered bread sticks and like 4 of them had parm cheese or whatever they used sprinkles on it the rest were naked

  Walked in today after having planned to dine in at Pizza Hut for the first time in ages. Parking lot was empty and I was confused thinking they were closed. Nope, open till 10 and no signs indicating anything different. Even had signs saying “Buffet is back! Come inside!” Entered the building and there were no staff anywhere until one emerged side eyeing us from the kitchen. Upon looking around, there was another staff member sitting in the empty dining room scrolling on her phone. We stand next to the desk that says “We’d be happy to seat you!” The staff member from the kitchen asks if we have a to go order and I tell her no and that we’re dining in. In a dull voice she just says “Dining room is closed.” No signs indicating this, nothing online saying this either, staff doing nothing except sitting around on their phones, but the dining room is closed? Won’t be returning. Hope this place goes out of business.

  Absolute ridiculous tried calling a bunch of times and every time they would send me and it was just stay on the automotive thing if you can't respect your customers enough to answer the phone and eventually answer them you don't deserve to be in business you should just go ahead and close your doors and another thing why in the world don't these restaurants put the freaking prices of food in the price of the buffet on the damn menu you got to call him and ask him when the hours are they don't ever post it on none of the websites do better Pizza Hut or do us a favor and go out of business absolutely ridiculous
