  The attendant and manager were extremely accommodating, and when I spilled a shake, they did everything they could to provide me with everything I needed to cleanup. They also gave me a free extra shake. As well as the double smasher, burgers were on point and smiles. Great customer service. Give these two girls a raise. I wish I remember their names. This was all within thirty minutes of them closing too, so the amount of enthusiasm and just general courtesy was very professional.

  Past 2-3 times we have placed a pickup order it was marked down as being brought to the car to waiting 5+ min just to have to press a button or call the store to ask where said pickup order is. Tonight I was told it would be right out with another order waited minutes to press the button again to be told that we are now waiting on fresh French fries. Why mark the order complete and on the way if it’s not actually on the way to the customer. Was given coupons as and apology but would rather just be told the truth why my order wasn’t brought out not a cover up to buy your business more time. Honesty goes a long way

  On shit n the Dirty Dr Pepper they need to say what's in it. I assumed it was like Macdonald or close. No in had lime and coconut something in it. So fo me it was disgusting. I threw it away and was a $2 up cost.

  couldn’t hear us the whole time corrected them multiple times then was talking about us to coworkers and didn’t mute then my used the wrong crème in my dirty dr pepper they used coconut lime instead of sweet crème that i asked for

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that consistency can vary between locations. Improvements in wait times, order accuracy, and overall service consistency would make the experience even better. Overall, Sonic Drive In is a solid choice for a quick meal, refreshing drink, or sweet treat. Good food, friendly service, and a unique atmosphere make it a place worth visiting.
