  Food was delicious! We ordered the boneless wings and a melt. They were super fresh and hot! 😋🍕 Moriah took our order and she went above and beyond to answer our questions and gave excellent, friendly service!!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Western Blvd. Pizza Hut. My first pizza was prepared correctly, but the second pizza was completely wrong. I specifically ordered a **Big New Yorker Pepperoni Duo**, with the following: * **Whole Ingredients:** Sweet Marinara, Pizza Cheese, Pepperoni * **Selected Options:** Big New Yorker Pizza, Xtra Large * **Special Instructions:** Light garlic Instead, what I received was a pizza with **pepperoni and chopped cupped pepperoni**, which was not what I ordered. I contacted the store to have the issue corrected. The employee did attempt to accommodate me by offering to deliver a replacement, but I was told that my address was outside of their delivery area. I then requested a **refund back to my original payment method**, as I did not want a store credit. At that point, the employee placed me on hold and **never returned to the phone**. I received no resolution whatsoever. I find this level of customer service unacceptable. Because I did not want to get back in my car and return to the store, I attempted to eat a slice of the pizza I received. Unfortunately, it was absolutely horrible and, in my opinion, was the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I was unable to eat it, and the entire pizza ultimately went into the trash. This experience was disappointing from beginning to end—the order was incorrect, the food quality was unacceptable, and the customer service failed to resolve the situation.

  Pizza Hut is a great place to grab a delicious and satisfying meal. The portions were generous, and everything tasted great from the first bite to the last. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They made sure the order was accurate and that the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the service was quick and convenient. Whether you’re ordering for the family, having a casual dinner, or just craving pizza, Pizza Hut is a great choice. Overall, great food, friendly service, and a positive experience make Pizza Hut an easy five-star recommendation. I’ll definitely be back!

  This place is the worst. I mean you can't even get ahold of the store. It's a travesty. They said they have 2 people working in the main store on a Friday night. And one is the driver. If you call you get routed through Budapest and some person answers who can't help you. You ask to be connected to the store and it just rings and no answer. I waited two hours and called back to Budapest and cancelled. Low and behold this driver shows up with an attitude and says I don't know why it matters. Like is this the world we live in. I ask her to call the store to let them know I cancelled and she does. First she puts the food in the car because she had an attitude. Which in all fairness I had given up on it and ordered elsewhere. The manager says well she will just bring it back after I asked what she'd like me to do.bi said ok. As the driver is leaving she tells the driver as she's walking out the door that it doesn't matter it's not a big deal. This place is very poorly run. I'm sure that with only one person in the store and one driver it is very difficult to manage on a Friday night by themselves. Whoever owns this place is not doing good business.

  I called to get pizza delivered and a yound man answered the phone. I tried to give him my address 5 times and he acted like he was not listening to me at all and just kept asking over and over. He had a really bad attitude from the start of the call and by the 5 time he still did not put in even the first part of my address due to whatever he was doing then hung up on me and I literally said nothing to him other than my address and did not understand why I got hung up on. I tried to call back multiple times my call got ignored then got transferred to operator 3x who kept sending me back to the store so I could try and speak to a manager and someone kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I had to call to another store under the same franchise to get a complaint through to the higher ups . I tried one more time on a different number still git the sane result. If this young man is doing this to me for absolutely no reason at all then who else is he doing this to. This is not ok for customer service.
