When we first walked in, there was an employee just sitting on her phone in the back doing nothing and the guy at the register said they were backed up on orders. Very unprofessional workplace and very slow. They need new employees.

We called ahead with a few questions about a birthday reward, and Haley was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful on the phone. When we arrived to pick up our order, the store was very busy, and it was clear she was working hard while managing a lot at once. Even with the rush, Haley took the time to make us feel welcome and appreciated. She was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make our family’s birthday celebration special. The food was great, and the customer service was even better. It’s rare to find someone who stays positive and treats customers so well when things get hectic. Haley is doing an outstanding job, and this location is fortunate to have her leading the team. Thank you, Haley, for making our experience such a positive one. We will definitely be back!
