On 25 August 2026 at 11:15 am my wife and I stopped in for lunch. Upon ordering my wife a combo for her and a sandwich for me plus a brownie. My wife noticed the total was 30 dollars. Upon this my wife asked the guy at the register why it was so high. It was right after this a short woman with brown hair and glasses started giving an attitude after this woman falsely claimed my wife was having a rude and disrespectful to the cashier. My wife tried to explain twice to this woman she wasn't giving the cashier an attitude. I was even suprised when this woman said that. Because honestly my wife didn't. She was asking like anyone else would. Upon all this I told my wife forget it let's go elsewhere. My wife then mentioned about calling the General manager and this woman claimed she was the General manager. This was totally unacceptable a customer should not get chastised for just asking a reasonable question. Something needs to be done at this place
Jimmy John’s is a great place to grab a fresh, delicious sandwich when you want something quick and satisfying. The bread is fresh, the ingredients are flavorful, and there are plenty of options to choose from.
The sandwiches are made to order, and the portions are generous. The menu offers a good variety of subs, sides, and drinks, making it easy to find something you’ll enjoy.
The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. They do a great job getting orders prepared quickly while still providing good customer service.
The restaurant is clean, organized, and has a convenient atmosphere for grabbing lunch or dinner on the go.
Overall, Jimmy John’s delivers fresh food, fast service, and a great customer experience. It’s an easy five-star recommendation for a quick and tasty sandwich.

The food is fine but this time the service was awful they called to tell me that they don’t have a delivery driver which has happened often. I got there to pick it up instead and they handed me a stack of cups couldn’t even be bothered to fill them even though there was no one else in the store. They then proceeded to just joke and laugh with each other no thank you or sorry for the inconvenience pretty rude imo. Probably won’t be back again and my coworkers and I order from her pretty often.

Great sandwiches but a little too much mayo
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We walked into Jimmy John's #1620 on Western Boulevard for a sandwich and somehow walked out feeling like family. 🥪❤️
The sandwiches were outstanding—as always. Fresh, fast, and loaded with flavor. Jimmy John's continues to set the standard while so many other sandwich chains are still trying to figure out which end of the bread is up. 😂🥖
What really made this visit memorable, though, was meeting the franchise owner, Thomas.
From the moment we walked in, he made us feel less like customers and more like old friends stopping by for lunch. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of everyone who walked through the door, he created the kind of experience that you just don't find very often anymore. 😊👏
The food got us in the door, but the hospitality is what we'll remember. In fact, if we lived in Jacksonville, this place would quickly become a regular stop. We'd probably need a loyalty card, a reserved parking spot, and our own table. 🚗😂
You can tell when someone takes pride in their business, and that pride shows in every part of this location—from the quality of the food to the atmosphere inside the store.
In today's world, where many businesses seem to have forgotten the meaning of customer service, this Jimmy John's is a refreshing reminder that kindness, gratitude, and a smile go a long way❤️
Thank you for the great food, the warm welcome, and for turning a quick sandwich stop into one of the highlights of our day. 🙏🥪
If you're anywhere near Jacksonville and you're hungry, do yourself a favor: skip the ordinary sandwich chains and head here instead. Your taste buds will thank you, and you might just leave with a few new friends. 😄⭐
We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!
